the day after a Tragedy

Me and Payton are walking to the school bus. I'm wearing a black hoodie with an White alien on the side. I put on the hoodie over my head and pull the strings. I'm wearing black jeans. As if I was going to go to a funeral. But I felt like I was. I kept thinking of my Mother body how It just laid there. that sure did give me nightmares. have you watched the Beach? With Leonardo DiCaprio, when that dude slits his wrist and Leo goes in the room and the guy just comes back to life or something. But it was all a dream. I woke in sweats yesterday screaming. good thing payton mom has the night shift, I'm snapped out of my thoughts by the bus. we get on bus. And I immediately go to the back. I guess Peter sees me and he follows. Sitting with me and putting his hand over my shoulder. " I'm sorry about your mom, I know how much you loved her " he whispers into my ear. I froze " ho- how do you know ?" I ask. " it was all over the news. here see. " he pulls his phone out and shows me a video of the whole scene. Then you see me crying on the bed and then getting up and leaving. I look away. And stare out the window, tears forming in my eyes. I blink them away " I'm sorry " Peter says. I can her the forgiveness in his voice. " it's not you fault. she decided on what she wanted to do. " I says. " it's her fault " I say looking back at Peter. He looks puzzled of what I had just said. I've become cold.
We arrived at literally hell. I'm walking down the hall with Peter still attached to my shoulders. When the bitch of hell arrives to make her scene " oh look it's little sad girl, why don't you kill yourself just like your mother did, join her in hell" Her voice rang in my head, why didn't I ? Peter body goes stiff. "Hey don't talk like that Jenny " Peter says. " no Peter don't worry. " I say moving from Peter. " just slit your wrist you pathetic bitch, get on the news. Your whore body will become famous" Jenny says, you can hear the coldness in her voice. My anger starts to kick in and without thinking I punch her in the face causing her to fall back. And hit her head. there's blood coming out of her nose and I start to get dizzy. Peter comes from behind and moves me from the scene.
later in 4th period I was helping Peter with his Math homework when the principal walks in with some weird looking people, he glances at me and whispers something into Ms.Genritty ( idk ) she looks at me in disbelief. " uh. Ms.Rose, can you follow Mr.Sims to his office." She says. You can almost hear the hint of sorry in her voice. I look at Peter he's about to stand up and go with me. " no Peter is okay, I'll be back.... I think " I whisper to Peter. And with out think again I give him a kiss on the cheek. He's whole face turns red.
I've gotten in a lot of trouble today.
