youngmin ran for his life, glancing at his watch to check on the time.

im so late.

he managed to catch up with the bus. lucky for him, the busstop was just around the corner from his dorm. he sat down, panting heavily with beads of sweat trickling down the side of his face.

youngmin had his earpiece on, he preferred his commute to be filled with music. it makes it more enjoyable and less lonely. bopping his head, he follows the beat of the song but it was soon cut short by a voice shouting from behind.

"my bike is at the repair shop, didnt i tell you already? i dont know how it got damaged! what do you mean-"

the girl behind him kept raising her voice, annoyed at whoever was on the end of the line. youngmin wanted to shrug her off and continue with his jam but something seemed familiar.

curious, he lookes back again, this time getting a much better look of her. his eye widened, pupils begin to shake. he knew her.

at this moment in time, youngmin had stared at her for too long and soon, he caught her attention. they made eyecontact, which youngmin immediately deters from.

oh my god, did she recognise me?

as though the gods heard his prayers, his stop arrived and youngmin ran for his life, again.

i dont think she recognised me-

too late. a hand reached out and tapped on his shoulder. surprised, youngmin jumped and immediately used his bag to cover him.

"yah, werent you the one outside carnation's cafe a few days ago? why did you run away? why are you always running?"
