Chapter Six

Okay guys, real talk for a second. Who wants sex involved in this? I mean, later in the book there will be sex between any number of characters, and the question that comes with that is 'should I write the scene?'

Two weeks later...

Tony and I have been talking for two weeks. I didn't give him my number when I left his bus the first day that he saw that I was still around, and that I would accept him back into my life. He followed me on social media and practically spammed all my photos, literally commenting 'give me your number'.

Obviously, that made the fans start to question things, and it also gave our band a little bit of a boost in followers. There has also been a lot of questions at signings and whenever I run into fans while wondering around Warped. I mean, it's nice to talk to Tony, but I hate when the fans assume things.

I'm starting to get worried though, Lily gave Tony the code to our bus, which means that my last place of solitude was taken away. Amy and Jon Skype with me at least once a week so that I can see Jordan. If Tony walked in during one of those conversations it would be bad. I have never shown Tony a picture of Jordan, other than the one that's my phone screen. You can't see the resemblance when the picture is in black and white, but if he saw her in living color, he'd know.

I have loved the past two weeks, minus the reactions from my band, Noel, and Mike. Noel flew out so that Mike and her could sulk in the back lounge whenever I was around. And my band blew up when they found out that I was going to be friends with Tony again. I know that they don't want me to get hurt, but at the same time I want them to realize that I can make my own choices.

Tony wants more than a friendship, he has made that clear to me. He wants to fix everything and he wants to be with me again, by the end of the summer. I don't know what I should do. He can't continue thinking that unless he knows the truth about Jordan. Hell, he barely knows anything about Jordan; just that she's my sisters adoptive daughter.

"Rae," Bren says, peaking his head in my bunk and taking my earbuds out. "Tony's here, and, uh, so are Noel and Mike."

"What do they want? It's barely eleven in the morning, it's too early for shit."

"Rae, you have to get out of bed eventually. Just because we have a late set time doesn't mean you get to stay in bed all fucking day. Shit happens and you die. You don't want your life to be spent in a bunk."

"Yes I do," I say, throwing my blanket over my head and facing the wall.

"They're coming in, so get your ass out of your fucking bunk."

I groan, throwing my pillow at him before swinging my legs onto the floor. "Tell them I'm in the lounge," I mutter as I open the door to see that they are already sitting in there. "Never mind."

"Good morning," Tony says, letting out a laugh. "Good to see that some things don't change."

I rolled my eyes and sat next to Tony, making sure that there was a good distance between he and I before looking over at Noel and Mike.

"We're here to apologize," Noel starts, "I was a bitch to you when I found out you were back in the picture, and Mike was a dick. But that's not okay. We are literally the only two who aren't accepting this. You apologized to Tony, he forgave you. You apologized to everybody actually, and we're the only two who thought we were too good for it."

"A text really would have sufficed," I say, "Noel, you're really good at holding grudges and I have known this forever. I figured it was a matter of time before you got over it."
