Doggo surprise (END)

*Amy's POV*

"This is my Promise to you,Amy Nelson."He pulled out;not a engagement ring,but a promise ring.It was detailed with 'Amy and Mark'on the outside of it.Mark had one too of course.I dry my tears up and hug him.

"You sure got me there aha."I chuckled,wiping my hair out my face.He laughed in response.We all went inside and i couldn't stop looking at the ring.It just meant a lot to me and it says a lot about the type of boyfriend Mark is. When he bent down on one knee,i saw our future for a quick second.I could really see myself with him for the rest of my life.However,i don't think that is the case for him tho.He has said in many videos that he didn't see himself getting married right away or even having kids.I thought the same thing but apparently my mind has changed.Personally,Mark and I have not ever talked about it. I've hinted things before but he never caught on to them.I go over to Kathryn's room and knock on the door.(This part is gonna be a bit boring cause i have no ideas :p)

"Hey Amy."She greeted.Of course we live together but she was in her room all day editing videos all day.

"Hey,I kinda need to talk to someone about this."

"Sure!Come on in."She widened the door so i could enter."What's on your mind?"

"Okay so you know how Mark did that whole thing earlier?Well i kinda wished he actually proposed.I don't know,i just could see the two of us in a house,married and maybe even with a child.Am i just being stupid?"

"No not at all!You are happy with him and planning a future is completely okay.Have y'all ever talked about it?"She asked.

"No not really.He talked in his videos about how he didn't see that in his future and all."I started getting emotional all of a sudden.Kathryn came over to where i was sitting and comforted me by bringing me into a tight hug.She always helped me through everything and she was pretty darn good at it.  

"He might not have realized it yet.And he could just be saying that for the audiences.It's a personal thing."

"Yeah,thanks Kathryn.I feel a whole lot better." I laughed it off.I always felt better after i talked to her and she never lets me down.

~Time skip because idk~

I checked the clock after scrolling on twitter for about an hour and a half.It was 10:38pm so i decided it was time to crawl into bed.I head to the bathroom that me and Kathryn share to get ready for bed.I go ahead and put my hair up so i can do my face scrub and take off my makeup.I set my ring down on the counter top that surrounded the sink.I rub the face scrub all over my face and lower my head to my hands full of water to rinse it off.My face now covered in water,i hear a *Clink* sound.I quickly open my eyes and see my ring a second before it fell into the drain.I immediately freak out and try to stick my fingers down the drain.Unfortunately,my fingers were too big."Crap Mark is gonna kill me."I say with my hands grasping my hair tightly from frustration.How could it have fallen?!It wasn't even that close to the drain!

*Narrator's POV (DAT MEEE)* 

Mark tied the surprise to Chica's collar as a part of his plan.He knocked the ring in while Amy's eyes were closed,the promise ring was just a distraction to prevent her from getting suspicious.

"Alright,go on Chica!Bring it to mommy."Mark motioned the doggo to go to the bathroom.The collar had a little ding to it because of the surprise,which was unusual,so Amy was sure to check it out.Chica ran into the bathroom and clawed against the tile to get Amy's attention.

"Not now,bub."Amy said in the nicest way possible.Chica clawed again and it got her attention that time."What is it Chica?"She pet the dog and the chime got her eye.She looked down at the collar and saw that there was a small wrapping around an object.Mark opened the door and Amy jumped.

"Mark!I made a huge goof.I-"Amy was cut off by Mark grabbing her hand.

"I know Amy,I did that."He confessed.

"What?!Why?"She looked at Mark,her head tilted and a confused expression on her face.

"So i could give you a little upgrade."Mark took the object from Chica's collor and opened the wrapping;which was made of a napkin.He revealed a beautiful diamond ring.Not a big one,but the ring was stunning either way. "Amy Nelson,I can still remember the first time i saw you at that park,and when we first talked in the coffee shop.You were so beautiful and i never thought i would have ended up with someone like you.Because,i couldn't imagine at the time,what i perfect girl was.However,you have made my whole perspective change and i've made my mind up for my future,and that is with you.So,without further ado;will you marry me?"Amy,of course was crying and giggling at his little speech,and Mark,also tearing up just waiting for the answer.Amy nods her head rapidly and smiles while pulling Mark into the tightest of hugs.

"Of course you dingus!"She laughs out.Mark slides the ring onto her finger and everyone from outside the bathroom cheer loudly,not caring if they woke up the neighbors.

*Amy's POV*

I thought that the promise ring was the symbol for incompatibility and trust.I had no idea that it wasn't that at all.It was only a distraction from what i had ahead of me.This ring that i have on my finger;symbolizes all of that and more.All of us gathered around with hugs and congratulations and best wishes.It was only a little bit ago,i was worried something bad was gonna happen between Mark and i,and he wouldn't be there for me anymore.I wasn't paying attention to the good things that were to come.

A/N:IMPORTANT!!Okay!So that was the last chapter to this book.However,i am gonna do a sequal very soon.I'm still working on the ideas but it will come!I'm also gonna be working on ideas for more books!I'm thinking a jacksepticeye x reader or something.IDK!Give me some ideas to work with!ALRIGHTY,ima go now cause its 3am.BOIII!!
