Chp 5

*Day of the test results*

Hyejin, Malia, Kasey, and Ella lived with her in the house that they equally paid for.

Hyejin went to go pick up the mail and she saw her test results.

"ITS HERE!" Hyejin shouted when she got inside the house.

The three came downstairs.

"Please fail please fail please fail please fail." Malia said with her fingers crossed.

"Open it!" Hyejin shoved it into Kasey's arms.

"No you open it!" She shoved it back to her. "It's yours after all."

"But I can't!"

"JUST DO IT!" The three said in unison.

Hyejin started opening it slowly, way too slowly for their liking.

"HYEJIN!" The three yelled.

"Okay okay!"

She sped up the process and shut her eyes when she began taking the paper out.

"We are pleased to inform you... Hyejin you did it!" Kasey said.

They celebrated for a few minutes then everything turned solemn.

"Hyejin... we're gonna miss you." The three hugged Hyejin in a group hug.

"Imma miss you too." Hyejin said.

"They're paying for everything. The flight I mean, which is first class. You're leaving on... six days from now." Malia said, sighing.

The four talked and talked about what Hyejin would first do in Seoul.

Then Hyejin went to tell her parents the news over the phone. It was hard for Hyejin to see them. Since they lived all the way in LA.

"Mom! I did it!"

Hyejin's mom had started crying and she talked to her whole family. She got California a few days earlier to say her goodbyes since she was traveling with San Francisco International airport.

"I'll see you soon." Hyejin hung up the phone after what seemed like two hours.

She decided to text Grandpa about it too.

Hyejin: hey grandpa...

Of course he wouldn't reply that fast. If he really was Min Yoongi he'd be busy with practice and stuff.

Everything was going her way.

*Late night*

Yoongi: how'd the test go.

Hyejin: I failed horribly...

Yoongi: oh shit r u okay?

Hyejin: JK

Hyejin: I passed with 92% 😭😭
