Chp 18

"No. Pass the phone to him."

"Are you serious-" Taehyung felt terrible. He knew he gave her the wrong impression. He didn't want them to break up. He knew Yoongi liked her. And he he knew she liked him.

"I'm serious. I'm not doing this any longer. Let him date Suran if he wants to that bad. I shouldn't stop him from being truly happy."

Taehyung hesitated before going over to Yoongi. "It's for you..."

"Hyejin...!" He said surprised.

"Yoongi."

"Uh..." He said.

"We're done. Sorry." She didn't even know why she apolgized.

He looked shocked/mortified. "You have a girlfriend?" Suran asked.

Hyejin scoffed, smirking while shaking her head.

"Wait why-"

She ended the call.

Yoongi threw the phone on the desk lightly, frustrated as he had his hands over his face. "Shit!"

After a while, he accused Taehyung.

"What were you doing talking to her anyway?!" He said angrily, "Nonetheless call her?!"

"She was worried and tired hyung. You hurt her." He said in a quiet, tiny voice. "But I'll fix it-"

"How did I hurt her?! I didn't even talk...to..." Yoongi groaned in frustration again, realizing his communication was to blame. Not Taehyung.

"I told you to text her hyung. She missed you a lot. And she couldn't even focus on her job because of you. When she found out about you and Suran she wasn't happy. Why didn't you text her?"

"She did...?" Yoongi clenched his fists, "How did she even find out? She misunderstood everything-"

"You didn't text her for a month!" Taehyung raised his voice a little, wondering why his usually sensible friend wasn't being so sensible, then quickly lowered it once more, "She found out because I took a selfie while you were texting Suran instead of her. That's cold hyung. Evil almost."

Yoongi knew he was right. It wasn't right to neglect her for that long. Most girls would've just broke up with their lover after a week, two weeks if they were being generous, but she waited a month. A whole month.

Yoongi knew he was in the wrong. "I did the same thing last time too and she forgave it..."

"But this time it's worse because of Suran... no offense." He said to her.

"None taken?"

Suran was confused by the whole thing, but she couldn't deny that she had feelings for Yoongi. So she was a little crushed that she found out he was with someone...

"I'm going to go check up on her-" Taehyung turned to leave, until Yoongi spoke.

"You like her don't you." Yoongi said almost laughing, "You're probably celebrating on the inside huh."
