Chp 19

"She can't leave... I can't..." Yoongi muttered angrily. "She said she could..." He realized his mistake. "What am I supposed to do... I already miss her..."

She was by herself at the window of her ice cream shop.

"Hyejin...?" He froze.

But then he went towards her with each heavy step and drew a quivering breath. "Hyejin?" He said once more now that he was next to her.

Hyejin closed her eyes shut, hoping it was all just a dream, not wanting to hear his voice at the moment. When she opened them once more, she saw a masked man standing next to her with hurt eyes that belonged to Yoongi.

She cleared her throat.

"Hyejin... I-"

"No need to apologize." Hyejin said a bit coldly.

"Please. I didn't mean to. I took advantage of you-"

"Yes. Yes you did." She replied once more not looking at him. "I'm really sorry but... I don't love you anymore."

I don't love you anymore.

Those words rang in his head, on repeat. He saw the other ice cream across from her, half eaten, and wondered if she'd have moved on that quickly.

"Are you already...?"

"No? I'm here with a friend."

"Hyejin I swear I won't do that mistake ever again. I'll make time for you everyday if I have to, I'll visit you everyday, I'll buy you gifts-"

"I... please leave me alone. I'm so confused right now." Hyejin said, as she got up and left to the one place he couldn't follow her to;

The woman's bathroom.

She sighed.

Her phone rang, and she had thought it was Yoongi, but it wasn't.

Taehyung: where did you go?

Hyejin groaned. She didn't want Yoongi to know that she was with him, she wasn't dumb. She knew that it would cause trouble, and it would be even worse since he lived with him. Taehyung was the only person available she could turn to after her breakup.

She peeked out the bathroom door and saw Taehyung (mask on) standing near the men's bath, and Yoongi was just staring at her half eaten ice cream. Yoongi didn't notice Taehyung because of his mask, and vice versa, they weren't paying attention.

She came up with a quick idea.

Hyejin: oh I just left the shop~ meet me at the mall near it?

Hyejin: wrong person

She sent that to Yoongi.

Yoongi sighed and left to go home.

When she made sure he was gone, she went back outside and met up with Taehyung. "I was in the ladies room." She said.
