Chapter 2
<><><><>
The next morning I woke up just before the sun started to rise. I through on my black leather crop top and shorts and pulled on my pair of black leather combat boots. 'Should I leave my hair down or should I have it up?' I wondered and after I split second I decided to put it up since we would be riding all day. So I pulled my hair up into a high ponytail, leaving my bang down, before throwing on my black cloak and grabbing my saddle bags.
I crept across camp as quietly as I could, so that I didn't wake up anyone else, over to where my mare was waiting. My horse is a beautiful white mare who I loved dearly. Her name is Akira and I have has her for three years now. She is about three, maybe four years of age. I found her alone in the woods three winters ago as a foal. She was injured as starving so I took care of her and she has been my little horse and friends ever since.
"Hey girl, looks like it's time to get ready to go see the kingdom for once" I say softly as I pet her mane. She neighs and softly nudges her nose into the nook of my neck. I laugh quietly as I get her saddled up. I put the two saddle bags on her after she's all tacked up. One bag had my stuff while the other had hers and on the top of both bags are food for us. By the time I had finished the sun was just rising and the sky was lighting up in beautiful shades of orange, purple, and red. "Come on girl let's go meet up with the others. Remember to be quiet though, we don't want to wake everyone up" I whisper to her as I lead her towards the edge of camp where Cynthia and the boys are waiting or us.
"You guys all packed and ready?" I ask quietly when I get to where they all are. They all looked at each other before nodding. "Yah we're all set to go" Cynthia softly replies as she swings herself up into her saddle. They all followed Cynthia's lead and swing our selfs up into our saddles before kicking our horses forward. Before I follow them I take one last look at my home. Who knows how long it will be till I see it again but I have to do this and it will be a great adventure for me too. "Let's go Akira" I whisper as I kick her forward, running after the others.
"So how much farther is it till we reach a the castle?" I ask Lucas as we gallop through a meadow in the forest. We have been riding for about hours and hours and we still haven't left the forest. "Maybe a few more hours ride Snow." Lucas replies as we bounce up and down in our saddles before halting the horses when we saw the others stop. "Why are we stopping?" I ask as we all hop off our horses. "There's a river to our left so we're going to let the horses drink and graze while we eat some food since it's already mid day" Sam replies and he grabs an apple from his saddle bag and tosses it to me. I push my bangs out of my eyes as I catch the apple and take a big bit. "Alrighty sounds good to me" I tell them as I walk Akira over to where the river is. 'Im certainly not gonna complain about stopping. My ass hurts from sitting in the saddle and I need to walk around' I thought as I brushed my hair out of my face again.
"Are you thirsty girl?" I ask as I lead Akira to the river. She neighs softly and shakes her head up and down. "We'll good cause there's some water her for you" I laugh as I feed her the rest of my apple. She munches on my apple happily while I take off all her tack and start brushing her down. Just as I finished putting all my stuff back on Akira I got splashed with some water. 'Well at least I don't have to go slash water on her now' I thought to my self. I turned my head to the river to see Damien, Jason, and Sam all standing shirtless in the water.
'Well hot flipping damn' I thought to my self. 'If I was any other girl I would be falling over them begging them to marry and have baby's with me' I thought as I looked over at the guys. All three guys looked extremely hot without there shirts on. 'I should have figured that they looked really hot like this, after all they have been working out and training since the age of 4, of course there freaking hot as hell' I thought to myself wondering why I was having this conversation with myself.
