Annas pov

"Im sorry." Dave looks at me with care in his eyes.

"Don't. " I say becoming angry at the thought of my mate being a brothers psychopath.

I walk outside the room and slam the door walking right into Luke.

"Hey, ca- can I talk to you?" He questions.

"Later." I say brushing him off. Right now I need to let out all the anger and fustration and the only way I could do that was to ...

Anna, its Fane meet me outside. Im here for you.

I smile and walk outside, Fane meeting me outside as he promised. Hes dressed in black converse with dark blue jeans and a white shirt. I walk up to him and he hands me a jacket.

"C'mon we're goin shopping." I roll my eyes knowing hes trying to fix my mood

I walk into an unfamiliar shop called "moonlight" with Fane following. As soon as the door closes im met by a familiar smell... wolf.

I look at the counter and behind stood a young women in her early 20s with soft looking caramel hair going down to the waist and light green eyes. She must have smelt us too because a second later she starts sniffing and looks at us with wide eyes.  Only not at me but at... Fane

"What the hell is this? A mate" He whisper yells.

The woman looks as shocked as I feel, her eyes looking at me then Fane. I look into her eyes and see green with pain... lust...hurt...jealousy.

I take a step forward and she runs to the back and opens the door.

"Wait." I yell.

Do you think that was my fault. ... that I overeacted?

Dont worry. Let me go talk to her.
I say as I walk towards the back door leaving Fane waiting.
