"Well, I'd say I feel top notch, but that would be a fibula."
Sans says to the nurse, tapping his cast. The bird creature groans, and you lay on the bed, engulfed in a fit of laughter.
"Oh I'm sorry, are those not very humerous?" He says, tapping his other cast. If you could laugh any harder, you would be.
"Oh my god Sans..."
You managed between laughs. He had a wide cocky grin on his face, and the lights of his eyes were big and joyful. You loved seeing him like this. Even though Frisk kind of lives on in you, he still has sudden droubts of happiness.
The nurse leaves with a groan, and returns with a pair of crutches. His leg injury was not as bad as yours, which went up your whole leg. His was just a crack in his lower fibula. He hobbles out of the room, and you drive the wheel chair after him. Put together, you must look like a pretty pathetic pair. Asgore and Toriel wait outside with a car. Asgore helps Sans into the back, then picks you up, placing you next to him. He then loads your wheel chair into the trunk.
Soon you all arrive back at your house. You tell Asgore and Toriel that you can manage by yourselves, and finally, they leave. Simutaniously you and Sans plop onto the couch with heavy sighs. Down to business.
"San-"
"Ah! I know what you want to say, and I am asking you, one last time, to NOT ask."
You glare at him. No WAY are you letting this slide.
"Sans! What happened to your ribs!"
He sighs.
"Well, It's not like I'm gonna lie to ya so... Here it goes."

It's the day of the party. It's the day of the freaking party, and I don't have a suit. How am I gonna propose without a suit?!?! Ugh. I'll have to go see that stupid calculator.
I slowly get out of bed, making sure not to wake (Y/N). Looking at her, she looks adorable when she is asleep. Her mouth hangs open, and a little drool sits at the corner of her mouth. I nudge her awake. She stirs, wiping her mouth. I try again, this time with a kiss.
"Mornin' Waterlilly." I say gently.
"Grmd mernon..."
She grumbles. I chuckle. I step back, reaching under the bed for my slippers, and slip them on. She will be up in a sec.

"WAIT!"
She says, bolting upright in bed. There it is.
"Today is the anniversary, ISN'T IT?!?"
We both hop up, doing our routines. She came out of the bathroom on the ceiling, which was pretty funny.
She finally leaves the house, and I grab my jacket, preparing to head out myself. Time to get a suit.

I walk down the street, stopping at one of MTT's Places. Of course he goes nuts on me when I walk in. It must have taken me nearly 45 minutes to get out of there. He finally waves  me out, and I walk down The side walk. Should I take a shortcut? Eh. Na. I gotta pick up pancake mix anyway. We are almost out.
So I walk. I walked towards the store. In truth, my magic had been a little finicky lately. I hadn't really had much of a reason to practice that hard. Teleporting often puts me a little off. Like landing on the coffee table instead of the couch. Ouch.
I turn into the alley, taking, for once, an actual shortcut.
"HEY YOU! BONEHEAD!"
I turn behind me, only to be locked in by a few goons. They had guns, but this didn't bother me. I smiled.
"Sup!"
"Give it up worm!"
All I did was chuckle.
"Let me warn you fellas."
I could feel my eye sockets go dark, and my hand ignited in a blue flame.
"Do any of you feel like having a
B A D    T I M E ?"
They looked startled. Good. The left one lunges anyway.
"Your loss!"
I launch a bone at him, striking him in the side. I wasn't going for a kill shot, just a bruise. The other goon tried to flank me, so I pulled him to the wall with blue magic. Backing away, I drew myself into a jump as they stood up. I was gone before I could see their faces. Oh well.
"Oof!"
I groaned in pain. My sides hurt a lot. Standing up, I realized why. Instead of showing up on the porch, I was crushed in a window. The once open window was now closed on my ribs. Ouch.
I dislodged myself from the window, lifting my shirt to examine the damage. Just a few cracks. They hurt, but I've been through worse. I hobbled upstairs to change clothes. I took of my shirt, in favor of a new, not torn white T-shirt. Still standing shirtless, none other than (Y/N) appears by the bed.
"Shite!"
I quietly curse. I quickly attempt to pull down the shirt, but she saw.

        "Aaaand you know the rest!"
Sans says. He seems pretty unbothered by the hole thing.
"I can't believe this! Why do humans have to be SO MEAN!"
Sans grabs your hand.
"Remember what I said about having been through worse? I am fine Waterlilly! Really!"
You sigh.
"Ok Sans."
He smiles again. Your stomach rumbles.
"Tired of hospital food?"
You give him a big nod, and he hobbles to the kitchen. You lay down on the couch, letting sweet sleep reclaim you as Sans cooks.
The last thing you here is,
"You're in for some eggcelent food!"
A quiet chuckle escapes your lips as you fall into another dream. Or is it a memory?
