Rushlow in the Making

Chapter 1

Do you ever decide on a situation that you think is harmless but it makes your whole life flip into this alternate universe?

If you answered any of those, your wrong and oblivious to what's around you, Hi I'm Kenzey, Kenzey Rushlow all of my friends and sister call me K, and yes I know "it's spelled wrong" or "why is your name weird?" Well, you're wrong once again, it's a special name for a special me. Anyway, This is my story.

I was born on September 9th, 1999, in Yolo, California (yes I know my birth date is 9/9/99, and yes Yolo is a city, look it up).
Anyway I was a quiet child, and I never even really cried when I was a baby, my mom told me that I just liked to laugh and listen to music. I grew older; I had friends come and go from my life, I never had any physical or mental problems, and so I was a somewhat happy child.
But after middle school hit, I became "the new kid" again, and I grew more and more lost.
I couldn't find my way through this maze known as my thoughts especially since my mom had passed away last summer from a heart attack, which broke me down.
I was so jumbled around I almost felt dizzy.
But that's in the past, and now? I go to Cache Creek High School, and I have a functional group of friends who know and love me.
Avery, the geekiest of our group, she loves all things Disney and is in fact not a nerd, but a geek.
Lynn, on the other hand, she is the one with honor roll every year, and is in love with the underdogs, but can be very rude, if of course, you don't know she's sarcastic.
Then it comes around to me, I don't know who I am, and I know I'm not going to find out any time soon, but I'm sure I will someday. Right?
