A/N: Since I procrastinate all the time, the chapters will get a bit shorter.
sorry for being lazy -_-
***Third POV:
The two 14 year olds sent each other letters monthly though they most called each other as Harry gifted Daphne a Stark phone to stay in touch.
In the time they haven't seen each other, Harry shot up like a weed and started filling out.
On his days off when he wasn't busy with school, his studies, or chatting with Daphne. Harry spent time in the hospital where his mother worked at as a volunteer.
He spent hours telling the children stories about "fantasy" stories and sung nursery rhymes with them as they all clapped childishly to a beat.
Harry loved those munchkins.
The worst news came to him when he found out little Madeline who was only five years old died from a stroke as she had a history of heart problems.
He faintly remembered breaking down in his mother's arms as he sobbed his heart out.
Harry was reminded how fragile life was but he wasn't afraid of Death, just sadden about it.

Harry POV:
I sat down in my desk quickly writing down my English essay when my phone rang.
"Hello?" I answered, distracted with finishing my essay.
"Hey Hadrian, are you busy?" Daphne's voice asked.
I glanced at my almost finished essay, "Nope. I'm not." I answered.
"Anything big happening in Hogwarts?" I questioned her as I wrote the last sentence of my essay.
My eyes skimmed through looking for any obvious mistakes and set it aside for a deeper check.
"The Tri-wizard Tournament was brought back." She growled.
"Hey, what's wrong?" I asked in concern.
She made an annoyed noise, "People die in these tournaments, there was a reason they stopped continuing them. But now they're back! Someone's going to die or get fatally injured." She worried.
She broke into a detailed explanation for a whole seven minutes when she abruptly stopped. I was about to say something but she frantically signaled me stop.
I stopped and listened, I heard a familiar voice, "Daphne my darling, why don't you be a dear and bow down to me, now that Potter is gone I rule this school", Draco snapped.
I heard Daphne refuse when I heard a slap followed by a small whimper, "I own you little whore", he growled hatefully, before walking out with his goons.
Once I heard the doors shut tight after a few minutes, Daphne picked up her phone and told me she was okay when I asked her if she was okay.
"Why didn't you fight back?", I asked worried.
"He's a weak little shit if he's bullying girls smaller than him!" I felt the urge to strangle the pin head.
"He has been threatening everyone who stood in his way, my parents tried to pull me out but I was bound to a contract" she explained to me tiredly.
Say what?!
"What contract?!", I asked.
"After you left he forced us to sign a contract that forces us to continue to attend Hogwarts until 5th year", Daphne explained tearfully.
I love Hecate Academy but damn I'm not enough of an ass to leave my poor fiancée to fend for herself.
"Let's hope I don't regret this. I'll see what I can do." I promised her before we hung up.
I can always come back to Hecate Academy after fifth year at Hogwarts and take Daphne with me.
I groaned, damn stupid senile goat!
I got up from my chair and rush to my parents office and immediately regretted.
"I—" I paused before turning around.
"Forget it, I'll tell you at dinner." I walked away before it could get more embarrassing.
What child isn't grossed out about their parents making out on floor.
I shivered at the thought and sat the table and waited for my parents.
I waited until we were halfway through dinner to speak up.
"Mom and Dad I was wondering if I can enroll at Hogwarts for at least until 5th year?", I asked over dinner.
My parents stopped eating and looked at me in shock.
"What do you mean, what happened over there?!", mom asked in concern.
While dad cut in, "I thought you hated it there?"
"Well..umm Daphne seems to be in a pickle so I thought that I could go to Hogwarts and protect her, so I was wondering if I can go, please~" I begged them.
Mom sighed, "Alright you can go, but if that bastard takes one step out of line I'm going after you and roast his ass."
"You're writing the letter though and you'll have to explain this to your uncles and aunts.
I gulped. Maybe this wasn't such a good idea.
I nodded (albeit reluctantly), "Okay mom and dad, I'll tell them. I'll be good." Sacrifices must be made.
I went to bed with many thoughts on my mind.

A/N: I really did this story dirty by not giving it much thought. I'll try to fix it, don't worry!
