I was currently walking home from a party that I was forced to go to. How come I'm not driving car? Well my friend that took me to the party ditched me to go hook up with one of the popular guys at his house. What a friend she is...

I pull my phone out and and look at the time. 1:00am great my parents are going to kill me. I put my phone back in my pocket and continue walking in the dark... alone. A light breeze goes by and I clutch onto my jacket tightly. I'm not a big fan of the dark so I pick my pace up.

A car came up next to me and I frantically start to walk faster.
"Piper is that you?"

I knew that voice that was my best friend since birth.
"Grayson?" I ask looking into the car.
"What are you doing out her at 1:00am" he asks like he was my parent or something
"Danielle left me at a party so I have to walk home" I say awkwardly
"Get in, I'll take you home" he sighs
"Thank you so much Gray" I smile and hop into the passenger seat of his truck.

After Grayson drops me off at home, I sneak in through the back door. And I quickly but quietly head upstairs before my parents hear me. I open my bedroom door, throw my stuff onto the floor and then jump on my bed.

"It's been forever my good friend" I mumble into my pillow

Next day
"Piper are you even paying attention" My history teacher asks
"Yes sir" I say focusing my attention on the board again.

All I could think about was why Grayson was out so late last night. I know he wasn't at the party. Maybe he was just at a friends house or something. It's not like I should care or anything but it just weird.

At lunch I met up with my friends at our normal table.
"Sup bitch" Danielle says
"Shut up. I hate you right now" I snap at her
"What the fuck why?" She asks starting to get angry
"Because your drunk ass left me at a party last night! I had to walk home! But thanks to Grayson he happened to be passing by, and he took me home!" I yell standing up and walking outside to get some fresh air.
"GO FUCK YOURSELF PIPER" I hear her yell before I walk out the doors

Since we have no tables outside I just sit against the school wall.
"You alright?" I hear someone ask stepping outside
"I'm just peachy" I sarcastically say
"Your lying"
"It's okay Ethan, you probably heard everything a couple minutes ago" I sigh
He just nods and sits down next to me. "I brought your lunch out here if you want it" he smiles at me
I chuckle and take the tray from him "Thanks E"

Ethan and I sat outside the whole lunch period and then went in before the bell rang. I just sat at his table until the bell rang.

"Are you serious? She just blew up on you?" Grayson asks from across the counter
"Yeah. But Piper was quick to fire back dude! It was amazing" Ethan says excitedly.
I look down, I could feel my cheeks getting red. "Yeah, I kind of just blew up. But she deserved it, she told me she wasn't going to leave me." I say walking over to the fridge and grabbing a water bottle.
"Damn... your a savage" Grayson chuckles.
"Well I learned from you two" I laugh pointing at Gray and Ethan. "Anyway I really need to get home, mom wants to discuss something with the whole family" I roll my eyes and grab my backpack. "I'll text you guys later or something"

I walk down the street a couple house and I arrive at my house. I open the door and I'm hit with the smell of spaghetti. It's a family favorite.

"Mom I'm home!" I yell kicking my shoes off, putting my backpack down and heading towards the kitchen
"Oh finally. We can eat!" She claps her hands together
"Yeah after 2 hours of waiting" my older brother Ryan says
"Shut up" I roll my eyes and sit across from him

After talking about our days my mom is finally going to tell us her announcement
"So I called this family dinner because I have a announcement" she says with no emotion on her face. "Your father and I will be gone on a business trip for 2 months"
I spit my water out. "Wha-what?"
"You can't just leave us for two months" Ryan says
"We have to son, we have no choice or we will lose our jobs." My dad speaks up.
I run my hand though my hair. "What about money? What if we run out while your gone?" I ask looking back and forth from my mom and dad
"Well if your low on money then just call and we will put more on your card" My dad shrugs

If you didn't catch on, my parents are really rich.

"Oh... well when do you leave?" Ryan asks
"2 days" my moms says.

After dinner I did dishes and then headed up to my room. I took my phone out and texted Ethan and Grayson

Me: Guys my parents are leaving for 2 months on a business trip
Grayson💩: Wait are you serious
Ethan🐸: PARTYYYY
Me: Yes I'm serious. And no I'm not throwing any parties.
Ethan🐸: Your no fun 😑
Me: ❤️
Grayson💩: Is this a good thing or bad thing?
Me: I'm not sure. I mean it means I can have whoever I want over
Ethan🐸: So that means a party right?
Me: NO ETHAN 🙄
Grayson💩: You not going to have sex with people every day right? 😷😦
Me: Maybe 😏... jk jk
Grayson and Ethan: You better be kidding!
Me: Damn calm down. No need to get protective
Ethan🐸: Well if you do have sex every day at least use protection
Me: No shit Sherlock. I gotta go. Goodnight dorks
