Jonghyun (SHINee)

A/N: Sorry for the late update, periods and exams don't mix well. Enough of my excuses! I hope you guys enjoy! Don't forget to vote!

You curled up into the soft cozy blanket as your body shrank back into your boyfriend's couch. Jonghyun had been your boyfriend of a few months now and you were comfortable sleeping over at his place more than once.

Your mind was soothed by the sound of the music playing as the credits of the movie flew passed. You and Jonghyun had watched an action movie and so your energy was drained when the movie finished. 

Sneaking a glance outside the window you noticed it was dark outside meaning it was late. Wondering what the exact time was, cause you always had to know what time it was, you moved your head over to face the clock on the table beside the couch only to be faced with Jonghyun's glistening eyes. His eyes stared into your e/c orbs and never looked away. Into you felt a sneeze coming on and your eyes closed as you sneezed down into your blanket. 

Jonghyun reached over and got you a Kleenex and held it to your nose as your arms were with you inside the warm and cozy blanket.

"Tired yet? Want me to bring you to bed?" Jonghyun offered, his hand shuffling your hair

You nodded tiredly as you accepted his strong arms beneath your knees and behind your back. You rested you head on his hard chest and shivered in his arms as you felt a cold breeze pass by as he walked you to the bed.

"I'll keep you safe, don't worry." He said, laying a kiss on the top of your head.

You felt yourself set down on the comfortable surface of the bed and a blanket put on top of you. You snuggled cozily into the blanket until you felt the bed crease. You looked up to notice Jonghyun sitting on the bed.

"Are you okay Jonghyun?" You asked him out of worry.

"I'll just stay here until you fall asleep then I'll go sleep on the couch, that's all y/n." He said laying a kiss on your cheek.

You grabbed him by the arm bringing him under the blankets with you. You placed your head on his chest and looked up to see him blushing deeply. You chuckled to yourself as you reached up to kiss his cheek then set your head back on his chest.

"Stay here with me. I wouldn't want you anywhere else." you breathed a slight whisper on his chest.

You looked up into his eyes, you could see the love for you burning in them, and you knew you loved him just as much as he loves you.

"I'll stay as long as you wish. Just know that next time it might not just be us sleeping." he said, your heart beating faster as a deep blush rose to your cheeks and you averted your eyes from his. "Did i make you nervous?" Jonghyun chuckled, you nodding in response

"Just know that I won't do anything you don't want me to."  he spoke into your hair, sending butterflies wild into your stomach. "Well I want you here so stay with me." he told him

"And that I will. Sweet dreams y/n." Jonghyun said kissing the top of your head.

"Only if you're in them Jonghyun." You responded as you fell asleep to the sound of his quickly beating heart.
