Glow in the Dark

"What is with that hideous t-shirt?"

"I won a bet."

"Oh I'm sorry I thought you said WON."

"I did. Do you not like the shirt?"

"What gave it away?"

"What's not to love about this shirt? It has cats, it has lasers, it glows in the dark. It is everything you could ever want in a shirt, or a cat now that I think about it."

"It does not glow in the dark."

"I never lie about my t-shirts' capabilities."

"Prove it."

"Your disbelief physically hurts me. Also it's noon."

"We have a closet."

"Two guys contorted into a cramped closet together? What would my mother say?"

"Probably 'That's not even the gayest thing you did this week'?"

"She'd be right." 

*in the closet*

"I've never felt closer to you in my life."

"Holy crap it does glow."

"Told you."

"And also not the only thing in this closet that glows. Did a glowworm throw up in here?"

"No but Silvia did after a very unfortunate 7 minutes in heaven one drunk Saturday night."

"Who's Silvia and wait when did this happen? Why wasn't I invited?"

"Oh this was before I decided you were cool."

"Why was I not cool?"

"You had your shirt tucked into your pants, ate pizza, hamburgers and hot dogs using silverware and you're a morning person."

"All these things are still true."

"Yes but then the day you got dumped by your long distance girlfriend you got crazy wasted and turns out you are the most fun drunk person I've ever met."

"I can't believe I'm seeking validation from a guy wearing a glow-in-the-dark t-shirt."

 "And after we got those matching tattoos I knew we were going to be the best bromigos. Because under that dull 60-year-old man exterior there's a kid hyped up on redbull just dying to get out. You just need a guide to help embrace the insanity." 

"I still regret that tattoo to this day."
