"Fiancée?"

"Yes, I'm his fiancée... I'm Woo Hyesang, soon to be Kim Hyesang" She leered and I bit my lips trying to hold back my tears.

"Namjoon is-"

"Hyesook, so that's your name!" Namjoon beamed. "I'm sorry, but I like one person, his name is Kim Seokjin" He glanced at me and put his thumb to my cheek, rubbing it softly. "He's the only one I would plan to marry" He continued and my heart fluttered.

"What?!" She screamed. "You don't seem like the type to like guys! Are you gay?!"

"Sorry, was I supposed to carry around a rainbow for you to understand?" He asked sarcastically. "Listen, stop with this obsession with me, I've never seen you before, so just leave me and my future husband alone" Namjoon snapped and quickly scurried us into class. Then something clicked in my brain.

"Hyesang..." I muttered and Namjoon looked at me weirdly."Was she the one that knocked on your door in the middle of the night?"

"Anniy" Namjoon answered and his face remained calm. "Actually... yes" He confessed. "She's sort of obsessed with me... Don't even worry about her... I like you" Namjoon cleared his throat and sat down, and I sat next to him. "She has a mental problem... She goes to a therapist every week" He babbled on.

I had a weird feeling about Hyesang, but I quickly brushed it off.

"I believe you" I giggled."If you're gonna be my future husband, I might as well trust you now"

He smiled and put his arm around me, and pulled me closer to him. "Jin, no matter what happens... Don't leave me, you're the only person I have that will give me strength" He explained softly and his voice started to crack.

I buried my head into his arm for reassurance. My mind drifted into something deeper and I felt Namjoon was hiding something. Maybe he'll tell me, hopefully, soon enough.

NAMJOON'S POV

Her hand slammed across my face causing my head to swivel sickeningly.

"Namjoon how dare you!" She screamed. "I'm trying to do the best I can for you!"

"Umma, this isn't what I want!" I cried and watched her wipe her tears. "Just because you think it's the best for me doesn't mean it is!"

My heart wrenched seeing my mother cry, but also because she wasn't thinking of my own happiness.

"Shut up, you don't know what you're doing to yourself!" She yelled. "If you marry him, you're gonna regret it for the rest of your life!"

"I won't because I love him! You and Abuji fell in love. Why can't I?"

She huffed and fixed her hair and walked away from me and looked at herself in the mirror wiping her tears. "Be nice to Hyesang. Then marry her. We have it all set up, don't let my hard work go to waste Namjoon!" She said it in a calm tone that laced with bitterness. "Or suffer the consequences." The door slammed loudly behind her.

I slid my back against the wall and crouched on the ground. I needed to think fast. And quickly. Before my mother thinks of anything else. So I packed all my things. Quickly.

My mother had access to everything I owned. My car and my apartment were the main factors of my own living. My bank account was in my father's hands, something my mom could never get a hold of.
