|Chapter Seven - Sober Words|

  Narrator's POV

"KIM SEOKJIN!Do you know how much I like you?" Namjoon confessed with his eyes wide opened and his eyebrows crunched.

Gasps were heard around the room and smiles had begun to crawl onto almost everyone's faces;except Jin's. Despite that, the others could feel love in air, and they immediately shipped the two.

Surprisingly, Jin's cheeks weren't flushed,but the tip of his ears were crimson - which everyone was oblivious to.Jin gripped onto Namjoon's wrists and slowly removed his hands from his cheeks. His confession was so out of character,so opposite from the way he treated Jin. All Jin could register that he was shocked and that he needed to close his mouth which was wide open.He closed his mouth,still holding on to Namjoon's wrists, then looked at his toes before glancing up to meet Namjoon's eyes again."Let's bring you back to bed"

Namjoon's response was to drunkenly sing the song 'Let's Not Fall In Love' by Big Bang while the others managed to put the loud reckless monster back to hibernation.
"Uri saranghaji marayo ajigeun jal moreujanhayo!~~~" He cried.

All of them decided to eat the food at Namjoon's place, although there was an awkward atmosphere following the sudden confession.Jin stared at his plate and played with food,taking nibbles and a few sips. He knew what was going on. The exchange of looks and grins between the others let on that they were talking about it,they were talking about Namjoon's confession, using nothing but the art of facial expressions and silence. At one point Taehyung had put on a creepy face which caused Jin to finally break the ice.

"Do all of you want to die?" He threatened."You think I don't know what's going on?"

"Do you like Namjoon hyung?" Jungkook's question hit Jin like a dagger.

"WHAT?!" Jin spat, spitting out bits of his food.

"Jin hyung, Jungkook just asked if you like Namjoon hyung" Taehyung explained, repeating Jungkook's question.

"NO!" Jin yelled whilst swallowing his food down hardly."No" Jin repeated again in a more chill voice.His back was on fire."I most certainly do not"

"He seems to like you,hyung" Jimin continued."I mean he even said that he did"

Jin laughed hysterically,clapping his hands wildly."He's drunk so that's why he said it"

At this moment Jin was lucky his ears were going red and not his cheeks. Still, the other's thought he was going crazy because of the way he had laughed.

"You know,hyung" Yoongi addressed to Jin then all of a sudden became silent.Yoongi looked up from his plate,and let his chin rest on his hands."Sober words,will always be said when drunk"

"Oh that's true!That's totally true!" Taehyung agreed shooting up from his chair.

"Okay that's enough" Hoseok declared,relieving Jin from the embarrassment."We should clean up"

After a couple of hours of talking - about a new subject, they all agreed that it was time to leave Namjoon's place. However, one person had to stay,to make sure the King Of Destruction doesn't cause further chaos throughout the night.

"I volunteer Jin" Hoseok shouted,then abruptly hushed and covered his mouth to hide the fact that he was smiling.

Jin's eyes widened and he began to dig his nails into the palms of his hands. He was slashed with betrayal."Hoseok,I thought you were helping me,not encouraging them to..to..to-"

"Encourage us to let the ship sail?" Yoongi piped.

Jin bowed his head down slightly and his eyes darkened."Why should I be the one to look after him? You guys are his friends too, why should I look after someone my age, this is ridiculous" Jin complained.
