"Babe I honestly don't know what I should wear , maybe I came a little unprepared ." Kilani said searching through her suitcase.
"Bae just pick some bae, we ain't got that much time for you to be picky ." Carson brushed his teeth in the mirror with no shirt on .
Kilani rolled her eyes, what was she gone do with him she thought to herself.
Kilani didn't have a choice but to take Jr. With her to court, but it didn't matter because Carson would keep him under control. Kilani picked up a Grey turtle neck and combed her hair down putting on light makeup.

"I'm about ready babe, what about you ?" Kilani said grabbing her Grey clutch and jacket.
"Yeah I'm ready." Carson picked up a sleeping Jr. Carrying him in his arms . Arriving at the court house Kilani was nervous as hell, she couldn't concentrate , nor focus she couldn't even understand why Von wanted Jr so bad.
Carson took a seat in the back, while Kilani made her way to the front, sitting by the black lawyer Carson got for her . Kilani looked over her, Carson said she was the best she just hoped she really was the best as he put it. Sweat beads started to form, and Kilani couldn't keep her hands from shaking . The judge finally came out heading towards his seat.
"All rise, Department one of the Superior Court is now in session, Judge Wilson presiding. Please be seated."
"Goodmorning ladies and Gentleman." the Judge went on to say. "Calling the case of Von Black verses Kilani Are both sides ready ?"
The court was in session for a good four hours until it was almost time for the judge to decide who Jr. Would be staying with.
"For now the Temporary order of Custody will go to the Child's mother, until we have our next session no visitation will be allowed to the father."
Kilani's heart fell at the pit of her stomach , she was happy that Jr was going home with her for now , and couldn't be more thankful. Her smile soon faded looking at Von's face that held an evil glare on it. To get her mind off of him she turned to look at Carson but was caught by surprise once she seen Veronica's mom with Jayceon holding their daughter . Kilani hasn't seen them in months, and she wondered why they were here now . Kilani focused her attention back up front listening to the judge adjourned the court.
Kilani got up happily running trying to reach Carson and her sleeping son .
"Babe I told you she was the best ." Carson said smiling at his wife .
"She is something I tell you that, I can't believe they made up all those lies about me ." Kilani said touching the back of her neck .
"Don't even worry about it babe, lets go celebrate."
"Well, well , well if it isn't the slut from the Middle East ." Veronica's mother said standing in the back of Kilani.
Kilani turned to her letting them see each other face to face.
"Mrs Coleman liste-"
"No you listen Tramp you're responsible for my daughters death, and I can't wait to see Von take that little boy away from you , and you rot in prison."
As bad as Kilani wanted to slap the hell out of Mrs Coleman she decided against it .
Kilani stepped up closer getting in the older lady face.
"You listen here bitch ! I had nothing to do with your daughter's death, you either believe me or you don't ." Kilani crossed her arms .
"Could've fooled me, what kind of friend doesn't come to her own best friend funeral? "
Kilani just stared at her she had nothing to say back, so she proceeded to walk off.
"Just like I thought nothing but a low down dirty slutty tramp." Mrs Coleman spat .
Kilani was about to slap the spit out of her mouth before Carson stopped her.
"Watch your back ." Mrs. Coleman said before grabbing Veronica's daughter hand walking away.
"Bae did she just threaten me ?"
" you got other stuff to worry about . Come on let's get out of here." Carson said leading them all to the car.

Asia Pov
By the time Asia had reached the court house , it was almost over, she wasn't concerned about the trial. The thing she was more concerned about was sitting right in front of her. She saw Ashley sitting behind Von smiling up a storm . She knew Ashley didn't have a place being here , so she finally put two and two together and got four .
No wonder Ashley wasn't on her side when her and Von got into it, she was to busy hoping on Von's dick, trying to build a future for herself.
Asia wasn't the least worried about that at the moment she had a surprise for Kilani and she couldn't wait to slip the envelope to her .
When court was finally adjourned everybody got up rushing out of the door , Asia was having a hard time getting through the crowd so the first chance she got she slipped the envelope into Kilani's purse and slipped her way out at the back of the building .
