"Long Time no see." Carson said standing above Kilani with shades covering his face .
"Oh hush, it hasn't been that long, I just been living life like you."
"Oh please Kilani SHUT UP!! , here you go with this shit again, you gone forever bring up the past I see."
"How is it the past it wasn't even that long ago Carson ." Kilani laughed .
"Well you know Kilani, maybe you could move ba--"
"Mommy , Mommy" Jr ran up to His mother .
"Hey little one just the guy I wanted to see ." Kilani rubbed her son's head.
"You gone go have some fun with Carson for a couple of Days little guy." Kilani stood up slipping on her slides picking up Jr. And his sponge Bob back pack .
Kilani and Carson walked towards his vehicle in silence. Finally reaching the car, Carson started to buckle Jr in .
"Hold on there bud, let me talk to your momma ." Carson said shutting the Car door.
"You can always come back home, you know that Kilani." Carson said with his arms folded.
"Yeah but I like my own space, and it gives me time to think about the next step for us ." Kilani said .
"What is there to think about? I messed up Kilani, and I understand that.
"Not only that Carson , but you couldn't even keep it real enough with me to tell me ." Kilani sighed frustrated.
"Kilani I get it , I messed up, but how long you gone hold this over ah nigga head."
"Until I felt you've learned your lesson ." Kilani rolled her eyes . Turning on her heels about to walk away, Carson palmed a hand full of her behind .
"Don't touch what you can't have ." Kilani smirked switching away in her two piece .
"Oh I can have it, if I wanted it." Carson said getting on the other side of his car driving away.
Kilani had just made it back home in LA not to long ago and she was enjoying every minute of it, before the pregnancy started to take over her body.Kilani still hadn't talked about the baby with Carson , and every time she built up the courage to she would always talk herself out of it. Kilani still allowed Carson to keep Jr. Since that was the only father figure he knew, she didn't want to ruin their relationship . After the court found out Von was locked up all custody rights was awarded to Kilani, as soon as they told her that Jr and herself took the first plane back to L.A.
Kilani was just happy that part of her life was over , and she didn't have to worry about fighting for Jr anymore. Two weeks later after Kilani had gotten back from Houston she decided it was best if she had gotten her own place , she just needed space away from Carson since the past month for them had been bumpy. It's just crazy because they had just gotten married , and that was suppose to be the best time of their lives . Kilani and Carson was still married, but Kilani didn't know what the future held for them , as for now they were separated and Kilani didn't care what Carson did.
Kilani waved her son goodbye still walking up the long drive way . Kilani opened her door heading towards the kitchen, taking her vitamins out of the cabinet , fixing herself a glass of water.
"Hey baby ." Rashad said kissing on Kilani's neck .
"Wassup dude , you must've just got out the shower." Kilani asked taking a bite from an apple .
"Yeah , some like that."
Rashad was an older guy in his early 30's whom Kilani met on a plane flying back to L.A. Kilani saw Rashad as a fling , but of course Rashad wanted way more . Kilani had explained to Rashad that she was pregnant but never once mentioned she was still married . Kilani thought to herself "awl what the hell?"
" you better be careful kissing on me like that, somebody just might be mad we together ." Kilani said kissing Rashad on his lips.
"Ain't nobody gone do nothing to me, you all mines ." Rashad said kissing Kilani back.
