After passing over houses and green grassy parks, I made it to the Upper Ring wall and the train went through the tunnel in the middle. It was narrow and dark inside but thanks to all the blue crystal lights I could still see. It felt like hours after but we finally came out to see the Middle Ring.
Arriving at the station we stopped and everyone got off including me. I walked over to the green tiled train to see mostly air and firebenders getting on an off. After checking in I walked inside and sat on one of the left green long benches. It was a little colder than the Upper Rings blueish tiled train, but I alright.
As it drove over the white cream colored roof houses I saw people flying thru the air on, wind currents?

Are they all falling with style?

Others had their legs crossed on air balls rolling across the cement streets and the kids mainly playing with mini tornadoes.
Hum. Air looks fun as well.
What felt like an hour later the monorail train approached the Middle Ring wall and we entered its tunnels. After exiting the tunnel I saw the next station.
When I got off I saw the security guards holding back the Lower ring citizen. I could tell the were lower ringers by their clothes. A look of confusion appeared on my face.
I saw one man walking away.
Ok. Gotta act royalty.
"Excuse me my good sir." I said, stopping him. He turned around and I saw green clothed robe and gold coins in his hands. He had a grey mustache above his lip and was wearing golden glasses.
Yup. Definitely a Middle Ringer.

"How may I help You, young lad?" He said, putting one hand behind his back and bowing. I did the same.
"It seems to have slipped my mind. Why are the guards holding the Lower Ring citizens off from boarding the monorail."
"Oh. Well If you came remember, they do that so that the Lower Ringer citizens don't touch the Middle and Upper Ringer passengers. Once we are on board then they will let them, board." He said.

Well isn't that just terrible.

"Yes of course um. One more thing. Why are you in the Lower Ring? If you don't mind me asking." I said respectfully, causing the man to frown.
"I'm just here collecting some, money, from a person who is past their payday." I nodded.
"Thank you for everything. have a good day sir." I bowed.
"Same to you lad." I heard him say and he nodded walking off. I smirked.
Thanks for the information. You gave me more than what I asked for.
I turned around and saw that all the Middle Ring rich snobs were gone down the steps or on the trains back an forth. I saw the guards walking back to their posts to. Shaking my head I walked over to the train heading to the Lowest Ring. I was about to hop on when the Check in officer at the both gasped, seeing me. I frowned at him.
"Everything ok?" I asked stepping down from the rail to look at him. His face was filled with confusion.
"Aren't you an Upper Ring citizen?" He asked.
Well.. I am staying there....
"Yes...?" I said confused.
"It's just. Why would an Upper Ring Citizen want to go to the Lowest Ring?"
"What's wrong with that? A few Middle Ring people come here to the Lower Ring?" After hearing what I said he scratched the back of his head.
"Well, Yes. A few. But In all my years of working here, You're the first Upper Ring citizen to visit there alone."
"Well, I'm honored." I smiled.

He smiled back.
"So um. What do you think about the system? Are the Lower and Lowest Ring citizens happy?" I asked before stepping onto the train. His eyes widened and he looked uneasy. He gently pushed me inside.
"Watch yourself over there. Past the Lower Ring wall, it's not so safe." He said in a serious tone. The doors closed and I walked over to a seat. I was the only one in that cart.
Why didn't He answer my question? Can anyone talk about the lowest Ring here?! I sighed and looked ahead to see that I was about to go through the Lower Ring wall.
//
Minutes later the train came out of the wall's tunnel.

Looks like I'm here...
I looked out the window and saw lots of people walking or sitting on the dirt road, some sleeping.
The earthbending culture?
The train stopped me at the station and I got out.
It smelled like rotten eggs here. Ok, time to start looking around.
//
It was late in the evening and I hadn't any luck finding anything. Every time I asked someone, they got really nervous and ran off or told me to leave. I sat on a step, tired.
