-In the library-

I walked in just as Councilmen Leander walked over and sat down in front of the green fire.

"Look. I know you know! Why won't you let me take to Renina?" I pointed at him. He glared at me with a plain face.
"The Queen has no time to get involved with political squabbles and the day-to-day minutiae of military activities." He rushed out in a low voice.
"This could be the most important news she's ever heard," I said sincerely. He looked up. closing his eyes.
"What's most important to Her Majesty is maintaining the cultural heritage of Western Wall City. All her duties relate to issuing degrees on such matters. It's the council's jobs to oversee the rest of the cities resources. Mine being the Rarc Lee." He smiled. I widened my eyes.
"So the Queen is just a puppet For you!" He gasped and put his hands up looking the other way.
"Oh no no! Her Majesty is an Icon to everyone! She can't sully her hands with the hourly endless changes of bending." He looked back at me. I stepped forward.
"But I found out about a new life! Since you lied to everyone about the infected. You could open all the gates and-"
"Enough! I don't want to hear your ridiculous plan. " He shouted standing up, I stepped back with a confused face. "It is the strict policy of Western Wall City, that the changes in abilities to bend, not be mentioned within the walls!" He spoke in a deep profound voice. "Constant news of escalating changes would throw the citizens of Western Wall City into a state of panic. Our economy would be ruined. Our peaceful way of life our Elemental Arts and traditions would disappear." He sat down with an evil smile.
My eyes were open wide like I was looking at a crazy man.

"In silencing talk of conflict, Western Wall City remains a peace orderly utopia. The last one in the galaxy." He said, ending in a deep voice.
"Wait. what do you mean, last one in the galaxy? There are countless other nation planets with countless people on them that we don't even know about." I said. He laughed.

"You don't know what's going to happen to the galaxy do you?" He said amused.

"Tell. Me."

"Some time, date, or year, A problem will start from one planet. No one knows which one through. Anyway, that problem will escalate into a war of the planet. One side of the wars with go to the United Nations Solar System and ask for help. So each nation, because of that war all the united nations planets will divide and try to destroy each other. Soon word that the center of the galaxy is destroying itself, everyone will start taking a side. And once everyone one is fighting, Western Wall City with being on lock down ready for anything. Once everyone outside the walls of this city is dead, Western Wall City will repopulate the entire quadrant. No. We'll REMAKE THE GALAXY! That's why I silenced the talk of changes or violence. To make sure the war doesn't start on Amity." He finished, ending with a smile.

I shook my head in total disbelief. "I don't know where you got all that fake prophecy, but you're totally insane to think that," I said.
He glared at me. "I don't care if you believe me or not. Just remember to keep your mouth shut about the changes and violence."
"You can't keep the truth from all these people. They have to know." I paused and looked down for a moment, then back up. "I'll tell them! I'll make sure everyone knows."
Leander stood up, slowly walking towards me with a glare in his eyes. "Until now you have been treated as our honored guest. But from now on you will be watched every moment by Rarc Lee agents." Leander said in a low voice. "f you mention elemental changes to anyone you will be expelled from the city." He turned around.

I couldn't believe what I just hear.
"You can't expel me from the city! My Aunt wouldn't force me to leave." I smirked.
"Oh really? Then how hard would it be to force you back into your shuttle, and auto pilot you back? Telling her you had to leave, early." Leander said with a small evil smile.
"Even if you managed to do that, I could just tell my government and about and hour later? Starfleet's Viper Fleet would be all over this place." I replied.
"Then that would cause political problems and would start a galactic war. You wouldn't even have time to tell Renina wants to go on. She and her family would be in the mansion. You wouldn't want to start a war, would you?" My smile fades and I slowly look to the ground.
With all the stuff that's happening with Nation 1 and exploration operations, My government doesn't have time for all this anyway...
"That's what I thought." He said smugly. "Now Trudy will show you back to the mansion." And just like that, She walks in through the double green golden doors with a wide happy smile. I frowned, giving Leander a sick look as I walked out.
"Trudy, are you ok? you saw a little too happy." I asked as we walked pass the grounds library and estate complexes.
"Oh, I'm fine. Rarc Lee agents took me to a relaxing place. I feel so happy and mentally, refreshed." She said in a joyous but super creeping way. That big smile was still plastered on her face.
More like brainwashed.
"Refreshed, in what?"
"Law. Order. The peaceful way of this city full of walls and secrets." I laughed nervously.
After we finishing to watch the ending of the elemental bending show, all the guest thanked and congratulated Nancy one more time and before departing. Feeling very tired in my young age I went straight to my room, changed, and crashed on the bed in thought.
This city is a city of walls and secrets...
Even if I left. Snot nosed Leander is right.
