Chapter Three // Next Time

As I laid in bed after the party all I could think about was Cameron.

You're a baby.

His voice ranged through my head. His grin was all I could picture. Thinking about the way he grabbed my hand made my stomach turn.

I slowly fell asleep thinking about Cam.

As I dreamed, I dreamed about the future.

I woke up with a nightmare.

Sarah invited me to go swimming at her house with Matt, Daniel, and of course Cameron.

I was very nervous. What if he though I was fat. I'm insecure. I had scars I was ashamed of. Most of them were on my right upper thigh. I tried to not get worked up about it.

I grabbed my bathing suit and put it on. My bikini was a baby blue strapless top and white bottoms. I was already tanned so I didn't grab tanning oil, I grabbed a towel and threw on a shirt over top.

I decided to walk again because it was a nice day and I didn't have my keys. My mom took my car today.

I walked up to her door and knocked. I heard running foot steps.

"Lily! Come in come in!" She shouts a bit and drags me in. She's already in her bathing suit and somewhat wet.

"Just Matt is here right now!" She smiles and drags me out side.

"Hey Matt!" I waved at him and smile. He smiled as well and greeted me. I pulled off my shirt and sprayed sun screen on me.

"Damn Lily." Sarah smirks.

I blush and giggle, "Can you get my back?" I ask.

Matt chimes in, "id love too!" He said squirting sun screen on his hand and rubbing it on my back.

He rubbed my back gently applying the sun screen. He rubbed it up and down. And finally rubbed my love handles with sun screen causing me to giggle.

All of a sudden Cameron walks through the door. He stops dead in his tracks when he looks over at me.

Cameron's POV

I walked through Sarah's door wanting to talk to Matt about Lily. I wanted him to ask her something. I was gonna ask Sarah but she would take my words the wrong way. Or make them even more dramatic.

I saw Sarah and she waved. Then I saw Matt rubbing his girls back. She looked hot. She turned her head.

Lily

She looked so beautiful in that bathing suit. It fit her body perfectly. Her tanned skin brought out the color of her top. Her stomach was so toned. Her love handles were so attractive. Her skin glistened in the sun.

Lily POV

He just stop and starred. I felt my cheeks blush up and burn. I turned my head quickly and put on my sunglasses.

He finally turned around pulling off his shirt.

Oh hot damn

His skin was perfectly even. He had toned abs. He abs stuck out perfectly. His V line was so noticeable. I swear my jaw dropped.

He noticed and grinned at me.

I turned to grab my hair tie to tie my hair up when I feel warm hands wrapping around me. I turned my head quickly.

Cameron.

He hands we so warm. He picked me up and carried me over to the pool. I started to laugh,

"Cameron! Put me down you ass hole!" I laughed as his tight grip tickled me.

"Never." He said softly almost at a whisper. Goosebumps when through my body.

He quickly set me down at the pool side and basically bear hugged me. He jumped in the pool pulling me in with him.

I continue to hang onto him as we reach the top for air.

He was starring at me,

And I was starring at him.

I looked at his sparkling globes. They were a rich dark brown. They beamed in the sun.

His face moved forward,

My face moved forward,

We were inches apart.

Our bodies were plastered to each other's.

My eyes traveled down to look at his perfectly even lips. His lips curved into a smile.

His hands slid down to my lower back right above my butt. His grip was gentle. His hands were soft.

As my eyes traveled back up to his eyes, I noticed his face was closer.

I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna kiss him.

As I was about to lean in to plant a kiss, when Matt jumped on Cameron's back causing him to go under.

I laughed, and so did Matt. Sarah was to busy running to the door to let Daniel in.

When Cameron came up from the water he had a smile on his face.

"Maybe next time Lily." His voice gave me chills through my body.
