Becca's POV
I pushed my dark hair away from my face. It may be the greatest city in England... but it's still England!
I was walking along the crowded streets of London, acting crazy with my sister Emily and her best friend Lizzie. I was kinda nervous, but this is a thing I've always wanted to do, but have been stopped by my parents!
I saw the hairdressers and squeezed Emily's arm. She looked up and squealed.
'Are you really gonna do it? Mum and dad will go crazy! David probably will try to stick up for you, but you know how annoyed mum was when you cut your hair...' she wavered. I knew she would freak out but I HAVE to do this! I've always wanted to...
'So. Anyone joining me?' Lizzie and Emily came in with me. I walked up to the desk and said 'Rebecca Spencer, for a dye...?'
Lizzie's POV
I watched as Becca's cascade of dark curls were tied into foil things, with dark ringlets escaping at the side, and as her thick hair was smothered in a dark pink lotion. Then me and Emily looked at a few catalogues and when we looked up Becca was nervously walking toward us...
OMG! She looks awesome! The pink tips really suit her skin type and it contrasts with her dark hair. More importantly she looks really happy! It's really prettyyyy (like Samel in real life <3). Now we are heading to Claire's - me, Becca and Lilly-Ann and getting our ears pierced. SQUEE!!!
Becca's POV
It looks really nice! My mum will totally freak when she sees it but right now I don't care! Now we are going to get our ears pierced! EEEEEEPPPPPPP!!!!
It hurt a bit but it wasn't too bad. And there was the exciting bit - choosing our FIRST PAIR OF EARRINGS SQUEE!!! I chose a pair that was like a flower with different coloured gems in it, Lizzie picked earrings that were like boulders... she also got an auricle piercing, 4 down the right ear and 6 in the left ear. She had letters, spelling out 'tomb raider'... little bit sad?
Lilly-Ann picked a pair that was like a cat with a gem nose.
After that we went SHOPPING! I bought a pair of pale pink converse with bright pink leopard print on the toes. I also found a top that said 'I boss at Minecraft Hunger Games!' and had a picture of a Steve holding up a shining diamond sword, surrounded by dead Minecraft skins! I bought it COS THAT'S HOW I ROLL!
Emily bought a case for her Xbox controller; it was sort of orange with purple shoes on it... yeah.
Lizzie bought the new GTA5, and a halter neck t-shirt with her Minecraft skin on it - it's from the ender toys thing (ender toys is a real thing, but I don't think it does t-shirts - yet...). So she bought it and changed into it, she looked really nice! Lilly-Ann bought a pair of pink ballet pumps. Hannah didn't buy anything and Wolfie only bought a banoffe frappe from Starbucks. Then I got a text from my big bro, David (aka Squid) to come home, and we trudged to the bus stop in a big, happy, freezing cold, giggling, linked arms line...
