I'll Never Let You Down ~ Andley

Chapter 10

Holding the phone in my shaking hand as I lay on my side on the floor I violently coughed up some more blood. Every move I make causes my whole torso to ignite into a burning pain. From, the carved out letters I have yet to read, to my broken ribs.

Clicking the small button on the top the phone aluminates, making me squint at the bright light. With a shaking thumb I slowly type out my code, the unlocking noise is heard as a picture of me and Ashley kissing as my background is seen.

Oh Ashley how I miss you.

Going onto my contacts I spot Ashley's contact and as quick as I could called it, failing on the first two attempts but succeeding on the third. The wait for him to pick up was agonising.

Finally on the fourth ring he picked up with a raspy voice, making it evident he had been crying; he must have seen the picture of me. Oh baby I dread to think what your reaction would be now.

"Hello."

"Ashley..." I whispered.

"Oh my gosh, Andy!" he exclaimed.

"A-Ashley, Ashley p-please help, t-they might be b-back soon." I managed to cough out, more blood spilling from mouth.

"Andy! Where are you‽"

"I-I don't know, but it's about half an hour away-"I cut myself off by my coughing, "the building was once on fire," I whispered my throat burning. "P-please Ash come quickly, I don't know-"I I was cut off once again by my own spluttering.

"Okay, Andy hold on, I know where that is; we will be there as soon as we can. Don't worry, it will be okay." I pretty sure that was as much for me as it was himself! "Now, Andy I am to hang up I will be there soon don't worry!"

Nodding to myself I whispered, "Okay, Ashley. I-I love, you..." all that could be heard from the other end of the line was his shallow breathing.

"I love you too, Andy," he whispered before hanging up. I smiled despite myself. However this of course didn't last long as violent coughing started back up again.

I have been waiting for what seemed like hour, I'm finding it hard to stay awake however I know if I shut my eyes I will probably never open them again and I don't want that to happen, I just might actually escape from here.

Suddenly I hear the unforgettable sound of multiple feet stampeding towards this room, oh god. I think they are back.

More coughs rack my body and blood spills onto my chin as I use my legs to scoot up to the corner near where the puddle in which the rain water that I drink collects.

I don't want them to return I think they might have remembered the phone.

The dead bolt on the door clicks into its open position. I whimper and hide my bloody face with my numb left arm and right hand....

"Andy" I hear Ashley whisper. No this can't be true, I must be hallucinating from lack of sleep. But that can't be right all that I have been doing is sleeping!

A warm, soft hand gently rubs my left arm. I flinch away and press my self into the cold wall some more. However I realize that the hand was warm and soft and defiantly not hitting me so it can't be one of the kidnappers.

I slowly move my arms, to uncover my bloody bruised face, careful not to disturb any broken bones or bruises.

And there stood before me was the most beautiful thing I could think of in that moment; my whole band, Jinxx, CC, Jake and of course, Ashley!

A smile breaks across my face and happy tears run down my face.

Ashley bends down and slowly lifts me up in to arms bridal style kissing my temple.

"Let's get you to a hospital" he whispers genially in my ear as I cling to his neck as tightly as I can, which isn't actually all that tight...

Well look at that, naww. They told each other that love each other.

Okay, I know it's not long buuuuuut I am already writing the next part I just felt I need to put this up because of all the comments. See they do help get update faster! Haha XD. Anyways I have loads of course work so when that's all done I will update soon!

Everything above was written yesterday, I tried to update but wattpad wasn't having it but it's up now (hopefully haha) anyway I'm not to sure if I like this chapter anymore :/ the next one will be in Ashley's point of view.
