Ezra turned the page of his book. He was studying Hippogriffs. An animal he was unfamiliar with and one Hera told him about.
Sabine was drawing in her book.
Even though she spent time drawing, the Jarrus family hadn't seen any of her art. She preferred to keep it to herself.
Kanan was sitting in his chair. Looking out to the forest. In all honesty, he was extremely relieved when the wolf pack brought Ezra back to them. He was freaking out when Sabine told them he'd ran into the woods.
The phone suddenly set off.
"I'll get it" Kanan said standing.
Sabine shrugged to Ezra before continuing to draw.
Ezra looked back down at his book.
Kanan didn't come back for many minutes. Almost half an hour.
When he did, Hera and Zeb were with him.
"Okay you two. Put down your books for a second. Kanan and I have something to tell you" Hera said sitting.
The two kids looked up expectantly.
"My brother's coming to stay for a few weeks. He's a nice guy so you don't need to worry. I completely forgot about his visit. He just called to make sure it was still happening. Do you two want to know anything?" Kanan asked.
"When is he coming?" Sabine inquired.
"Tomorrow. At at least noon" Kanan replied.
"What's his name?" Ezra asked.
"His name is Kallus Jarrus."
