Your POV:
You flinched as lighting made the sky light up for a split second. Thunder was heard two seconds after. This was the worst night in your entire life. You was at a party with some of your friends, and your boyfriend. But you knew your boyfriend had cheated on you with another girl. And that night he broke up with you, and you ran away. 

Now you were a crying mess at the edge of the forest next to the city. And it was raining. Like, a lot. A storm was flying above the sky, but you didn't care at all. You rested your back against an old tree. Your (h/c) hair was soaked, just like your clothes. Another lightning bolt lit the sky up, and this time you saw it in it's full glory.

It was beautiful! The different colors of the clouds, mixed with lightning. The cold raindrops didn't bother you, but it felt like they were comforting you. You closed your eyes for a second and demanded your mind to think about other stuff. 

You opened them again and sighed. Cold damp cam from your mouth as you did so. You phone was buzzing but you left it in your bag. You tried to think about a subject that you liked. Thunder filled the sky once again with a loud bang. 

Your mind kept wandering to your now ex-boyfriend. It was me you thought, I did something wrong. Another tear slid down your face, but raindrops made it slide away faster. It was like the sky cared about you. You couldn't help but smile at the silly thought. 

Your phone buzzed again, and this time you took it out of your bag. It was one of your best friends, Yasmine (you can change the name if you want!). She was probably worried about you. But you still put it back into your bag, you didn't want to talk to any of your friends right now. 

It started to rain a bit harder, but you were still warm. You took your jacket off and put it on the ground next to your bag. You suddenly heard a twig snap a couple of meters away from you. You quickly turned around to see who was there. It was a boy with blue hair, almost the same color as the clouds. 

He had blue eyes that seemed friendly. He had a bit of facial hair too. He walked towards you with a warm smile on his face. You awkwardly smiled back. He leaned against the tree and asked: "it's beautiful, isn't it?". "What, the clouds?" you asked. "Yeah!" he said. You smiled, a bit more comfortable now. "Yeah, I love it!" you told him. 

A raindrop splashed exactly on your nose, and you giggled. The guy chuckled a bit. You looked at him, being a bit confused. "What is it?" you asked. "Your laugh!" he said, "it's cute!". You blushed and looked away. "Can I sit next to you?" he asked. "Um ... sure!". 

He sat next to you, and you asked: "can I know your name?". He smiled and said: "Storm". You nodded and smiled. "That's cool!". You looked back up to the sky as lightning flashed across the sky. "What's yours?" he asked. "(y/n)!" you told him. He nodded and whispered: "I have to remember that ...". 

It was silent for a bit and you watched the wind blow through leaves of the trees. "I ..." he wanted to say, but then shook his head. "What's up?" you asked, curiosity taking control of you. "I always come here when I'm sad or lonely ... why did you come here?". "My boyfriend ..." you wanted to say it, but tears filled your eyes as you thought of him. 

Storm didn't ask about it. But he suddenly gave you a hug. You froze at first but then hugged back. "Thank you ... Storm". "No problem ... (y/n)". You stayed in that position for about 15 seconds, and then parted. He smiled and you smiled back. "Now let's make you laugh, shall we?" he said, already earning a small giggle from you. You had forgotten the tears immediately.

"Okay, let me think of something for a moment ...". You waited for him to think of a joke. You smiled as you watched him think. "Oh! Oh! I know one! Okay, what kind of bagel can fly?" he asked. You tried your best to think of an answer, but you couldn't find one. "I don't know ... tell me!". He grinned and said: "a plain bagel!".

You burst out laughing, even though it wasn't that funny. He joined you and you were laughing together. When you both cooled down, you said: "thanks, I needed that". "Again, no problem" he told you. "Can I ask you something?" you asked, and when he nodded you continued with: "where do you live?".

"I live in this forest!" he told you. You nodded and looked at the forest behind you. It looked peaceful. "To get away from people?" you asked. He nodded. "Yeah, but sometimes I go into the city". You grabbed your phone to look at the time. "It's 11 PM already?!" you whispered to yourself. 

You looked at Storm with a sad smile. "I kinda have to go" you told him. He looked really sad. An idea came up in your mind. "Maybe we can meet here again! Tomorrow, or on Monday or something!" you shared your idea. He nodded.

"That's a good idea!" he told you. You stood and grabbed your bag from the ground. Storm stood up too and waited for you. He gave you your jacket and a smile. "Thank you!". "Well ... I'll see you tomorrow!" he said. "Same place?" you asked. "Same place". "Bye!" he said. You waved at him, and turned around to walk away. But before you did, you turned back around and kissed his cheek.

His face became red, just like yours. You chuckled before you turned around and walked down the hill. I don't wanna go home! you thought. You reached the road at the bottom of the hill and walked across it. You weren't aware of the smiling Storm watching you till you were gone in the distance.
