Chapter 1

Exactly pagpasok ko, i saw mom on the right side corner with a familiar guy with a girl. More like women. Nakita naman din ako ni mom so i waved. A simple wave. Then pumunta ako dun at umupo beside the familiar guy.

While mom and the other women are talking to each other, naiilang naman ako. Hindi ako sanay nito. You know? Rich kids. I can see from my peripheral vision na yung lalaki kanina pa tingin ng tingin sakin with a blank expression. Maybe, hindi niya halata na naiilang ako.

"Okay guys! Listen." Sabi nung.... Ah! Mrs. Jeon.

I sit properly and tinignan ko sila. It means i'm ready to listen. Yung katabi ko 'ata, walang pake. Okay. He's on a chill mode.

"Ehem. Sally, Theo, we decided to marry you two!" They say in excitement.

"Yun lang nama-" Realization hit me.

"Ano?! I'm not going to marry to someone i don't even know!" I said to them. Buti na lang at medyo maingay kaya hindi kami naririnig.

"Relax Sall. Kaya nga magpapakilala sa isa't isa diba? Ganun lang kadali yun!" Is my mom out of her mind?! Ugh! Buti pa si Dad!

"Ugh! Basta i'm not going to marry HIM!" I said pointing to the guys right beside me.

"Kid. We've already decided it. It's all arranged." Sabi ni Mrs. Jeon with a smile. Okay? Seriously? Gusto niya din? I can't believe this is happening.

Tumingin naman ako sa katabi ko. He doesn't care at all? Maybe he planned all this. Maybe he just wants us to be married. Maybe? 'Wag assuming, mapapahiya ka lang.

"You're marriage will be at February 14!" They both said and smiled. Excitedly.

Na-realize ko, marriage lang naman eh. It's not like magkaka-anak kami or whatever diba? Wala naman sigurong honeymoon yun?

It's December 1 already. 2 months na lang ikakasal na 'ko kay Mr. I.Don't.Care.Who.He.Is

"Mas mabuti siguro kung magpakilala na kayo diba?" Sabi ni Mom.

Tamad akong humarap sa kanya at ni-ready ang kamay ko pang-shake hands.

"I'm Sally Chou, 18 yrs. old, how 'bout you?" I just put a little smile on my face.

"Theo Jeon, 19 yrs. old" He said without even looking at me and shaking hands with me.

Seryoso? Siya ang papakasalan ko? Bumalik muna si Jesus dito para pakasalan ko siya. Pag pinakasalan ko na siya, i swear i'm going to regret it.

"Okay, yun lang naman ang pag-uusapan natin so let's go home na." Sabi ni mom.

We all nod, means we all agreed. Mas mabuti pa nga kaysa mag-stay kami dito right?
