Taylor' POV
After I griped at by my best friend, she told me she loved me before leaving Brandon and I alone to talk out our...situation. He sat in the chair closest to me, and kept hold of my hand. I can't help, but blush. He notices, and smirks. I glare at him. The silence was nice, and a bit nerve wrecking because we were in a hospital. I let out a deep sigh, and run my hand through my hair.
"Is there a problem?" He asks, knowing exactly what the problem was. I scoff.
"Like you don't know." He grins, and shrugs his shoulders.
"Enlighten me, Ms. Becket." I look back at him, and his expression was dead serious, and I could help, but laugh. A smile plays on his lips. "My eyes are up here Taylor." I blush again, and punch him in the arm. "Ow! I was only kidding." I stick my tongue out at him. "Careful Becket. You might be putting ideas in my head." I quickly retract, and cross my arms like a child.
"Pervert." I mumble loud enough for him to hear. He chuckles, and shakes his head. I open my mouth to say something, but before I can the room door opens, and in comes the doctor.
"You seem to be in good health, but maybe a little more exercise would stable you from having more issues Ms. Becket." Brandon stifles his laughter, and I glare at him again. If looks could kill. "Other than that you can go home." I thank the doctor, and get out of the very uncomfortable bed. I stretch my limbs before putting my shoes on.
"Damn. Why am I so stiff?" I ask myself forgetting Brandon was in the room with me. I look over hesitantly, and he is smirking perversely. I grimace. He laughs and I can't help, but blush at his random action.
"So...I know this is none of my business, but how did you two come into your relationship?" I jump at the doctors voice. 'I forgot he was still here.
"What?! We are not in any type of relationship. He's a jerk that can't seem to control his self, and gives wrong impressions." I glare at Brandon, and he seems deep in thought. "My bad....thank you doctor.....?"
"Doctor Sims." I feel my jaw drops.
"You mean to tell me your-"
"His father? Yes I believe so." He lets out a soft chuckle. I feel like I could faint. "I see you are the one whose been keeping my boy out of trouble." I hear Brandon scoff. I look over and he looks annoyed. 'Wait, how come he didn't act like this when we first arrived? Oh yeah he was keeping his attention on me, right, right.' I let out a small snicker, and they both look at me.
"Anyway, I should be going." I say as I get up, and head for the door. As I reach for the door handle something tugs on my hand. "Huh?" I turn back a bit and Brandon is standing behind me with his head lowered. "B-brandon?!" I could feel my face getting warm, and my whole body tingling.
"Let's go." He mumbles as he pulls me along. We make our way outside, and our hands are still eloped. 'What is wrong?' Knowing how much this would probably piss him off I stop dead in my tracks. He is jerked a bit, and gives me a shocked look. "What the hell, Becket?" But I just stand there. "I said let's go!"
"And I don't have to listen!" I shout back. "What is with you being like that to me again, and what about acting that way in front of your father-"
"It's none of your goddamned business." He snaps, and I step back at his forceful tone. 'Oh no...its happening again. We are going to fight, like always.' I let out a sigh of defeat.
"I don't understand." I whisper but loud enough for him to hear.
"Understand what!?"
"You! I can't believe that you are being such a-"
