I’m laying on my bed sitting there watching my fan spin and spin and spin… just thinking about what did I do wrong? Why is jack acting this way? Why does he keep cutting me off? i was interrupted in my thought when my mom called me down stairs.. “yes mother..” “remember Shawn,” my mom said “The Mendes’ are coming over to stay for the week” “doesn’t shawn and Aaliyah have school.”
The mendes’ are our family’s close friends, and shawn is my ex-boyfriend. We were together for years until he moved to Canada. My mom and his mom have been friends since they were in high school. I don’t know if I should be excited or scared. I hopped in the shower and cleaned my room. Everytime I stepped in the hall I could hear there voices flow threw the house. 45 minutes later I walk down stairs “hey guys!” I say nervously “oh Victoria! You look so beautiful, long time no see. Hows school?” “good” I said as she hugged me tightly, over her shoulder I see shawn, Wow.. he’s really, good looking. “I love your dress” Aaliyah said “aww thanks Aaliyah, im surprise you remember me” I laughed. “shawn, hey” I said as he hugged me tightly “I’ve miss you! Hows everything?” he asked “good, good. Hows Canada?” “cold, I hate it” he said whispering so his mom wont hear. “Take them to the guest room” my mom said. We walked upstairs and shawn said “I Remember this house so vividly though.” “haha it has been like 5 years now.”
Later that day Aaliyah, Mrs.Mendes and my mom went out to the store and it was just me and shawn, I told him everything about jack and stuff. And he hugged me “its okay, don’t cry, hes probly going threw family problems.” “he should have told me, his family looked perfectly fine when I went to his barbe que.” “if I was your boyfriend, I would never do any of this to you.” “what are you trying to say?” “im saying, you should give us a chance” he said standing up, I stood there laying on my bed wonder what he’s going to do. I love you 5” I kept laughing as started dancing around the room. “shawn stop” “never” he ran and jumped on the bed “until you say yes” he smiled and sung louder “ok okay yes you butthole” I said and ran to him and covered his mouth. “hey lets go the fair!! Its in town and we can bring jess” I suggested. “Jess?” “Oh Jessica my bestfriend. You don’t know her but its ok.” “to the fair it is, ill go get ready” he said. A few moment later he knocked on my room door, he was wearing a flannel and a beanie and come cackies “you look, wow, great” “thanks beautiful, haha how are we getting there?”
“oh I forgot, dammit our moms aren’t here,” im such an idiot “I don’t have a license but I can drive” “shawn that makes no sense…” “yea we just cant get caught by a cop” “okay, get in the car.”
We picked up Jessica and then we headed to the fair, shawn hopped out the car to open my door “you guys are so cute!” she said before he opened it “I know” I giggled. We headed to the ferris wheel while jess went to get funnel cake, me and shawn sat down and in front of us, were these two couples making out even before the ride started “ew some people down have manners” “they must really like each other..” shawn said rolling his eyes. The ride started, and me and shawn started holding hands. “I really missed us being together…” I said “you’ve missed me, really. I missed you a a million times more” he said before kissing me on the cheek. “watch this..” shawn said before throwing a bag of cotton candy on the people in front of us. “oh sorry dude, my hand are sweaty” shawn said laughing. Just then I looked the guy in the eyes, it was jack. Then the ride stopped. We hopped out

Then I bumped into taylor and nash I got really angry.. “You TWO ARE THE REASON HES ACTING THIS WAY! I HATE YOU GUYS SO MUCH” I slapped Nash in the face and taylor tried to hold me back so I kicked him “I hate you guys YOU LITERALLY RUINED MY LIFE!” “get over him… he’s moved on.” Nash said so I punched him again before shawn came and picked me up and ran into the car. “That was a total rush..” Jessica said loudly.
“I never want to see those 3 again! And the other one!” I said crying. I kept crying in the back seat until I feel asleep.
