SOMETIME'S WHEN I'M ASLEEP
Sometimes when I'm asleep
I imagine a world so deep
So clean, green and fertile
The trees and plants grow freely
Without the angst of human dignity
Sometimes when I'm asleep
I imagine a place of happiness
Where you live immortal
You just pass a magic portal
Into a place of peace and love
Sometimes when I'm asleep
I imagine you in my arms
We love each other so fond
We are bound by a strong bond
Which they call love
Sometimes when I'm asleep
I dream of children playing
Laying on the ground saying
" Oh, how I wish of a world without endless lying,
A world where no one is dying "
I open my eyes
And stare blankly at the skies
Hoping and Wishing
One day, my dreams will come true
And be not just a dream I once knew
