so basically the title explains who I am talking about

you all know how in the Carat Land they had this Switch Roles thing which basically the units switched and performed different songs on that specific unit

If you don't know that then yay fun fact

So

I was scrolling past youtube since I am trash for Seventeen and I looked for videos that I could possibly watch since I was bored and wanted to see the boys' faces (even though I have homework to do, I'm stupid)

And I came across this video of the Hip-hop unit singing to Don't Listen In Secret/몰래 듣지 마요 by, yep the Vocal Team. See what I mean on the Switch Roles thing?

Actually that song is one of my favorite songs in Going Seventeen aka their 3rd mini-album so I clicked on it to see the product

So, the one who edited the video out showed the Vocal Team's version first (which, of course, was amazing), and I saw these comments about either Seuncgcheol and how he used to sing, Wonwoo's killer voice, Hansol's improvement, and Mingyu's shy shy shy and high notes

Me, an avid fan of hiphop unit's singing (see: Lean On Me), got hyped and couldn't wait for the actual video but of course I paid attention to the Vocal teams.. well, vocals.

And then it came

the video played

And Wonwoo sang first, I was unfazed and ya know, chill but also really happy to see 1wu singing (he loved singing but people said his voice was better for rapping), and ya know, this bean got like, really soft and vulerable because heck each team holds a special place in my diamond hart

bUt then

Seungcheol started singing

and goodness gracious mother jeonghan

his voice

I know he used to train as a singer and fell in love with rap in the process

and I also know for a fact that Seungcheol has a v v gr9 voice

but this..... this got me

he was singing Seokmin's part

and Seokmin's part, APPARENTLY, had this high note with matching growl

you probably already know where I'm going with this

He sang that high note, and

He just dug my own grave lol bye

I literally put my phone down (without pausing the video) and covered my mouth from practical screeching

and I avoided looking at his face while singing because I would break down if I did so

but I still did because ya gotta love Cheol's undying beauty
