Souhyun went in the subway car, looking for a seat. Still in her uniform, her brother, Kwon Soonyoung, or Hoshi from Seventeen, messaged her, telling her to go to the PLEDIS building. It was still quite a journey to Gangnam, yet she complied, wanting to meet her brother again.
She found a vacant seat and went to sit down, getting her phone from her coat pocket. Opening her messages, she clicked on Soonyoung's contact.
순영-오빠 🐹
소현: I'm on my way to Gangnam.
순영: Okay, keep safe, hamster. I'll see you in a bit!
She smiled, and locked her phone, and after a few minutes, she got off and went to the PLEDIS building.
Her phone sounded and Soonyoung had texted her again.
순영: I forgot to tell you, go through the back door, someone will be waiting for you there to lead you in.
She took note of that and shut her phone again, walking through the street and as she turned, her eyes caught sight of the big letters spelling out 'PLEDIS', and she happily walked to the back door, and it suddenly opened, revealing a tall boy, with dirty blond hair, smiling at her. It was Hansol, her brother's friend and groupmate. She had to say, she did idolize Hansol as much as she admired Soonyoung, and her brother knows about this. Or was it just a coincidence? Her stomach did a backflip and she quickly bowed.
"안녕하세요, Hansol-ssi." she greeted politely. Hansol bowed back. "Hi Souhyun, come inside." he ushered her in, closing the back door. "Your brother is waiting for you. Let's go?" he said and nodded for you to follow him.
"Let me carry your bag for you. It must be heavy." he offered. "No no, it's fine. I'm fine, Hansol-ssi." she smiled shyly, and Hansol just smiled, and patted her head. He put his hands on her shoulders gently, just to guide her and do a mini-tour around PLEDIS building. He occassionally cracked jokes, and asked her about her day.
"We're here." he smiled and knocked on the door, and Seungcheol opened it. "Ooh, who is this young girl?" he smiled and waved. "Is this your sister, Hoshi-hyung? She's so young." Seungcheol said, and opened the door wider for the two to come in. "We're eight years apart." Soonyoung was sitting on the couch and as soon as he saw her, he stood up, smiling wide.
"How's my hamster?" he pulled Souhyun in a hug, planting a kiss on her cheek, and pointing on his, asking for one himself. Souhyun hugged back, kissing her brother's cheek, and Soonyoung laughed, ruffling her hair.
Hansol smiled at the sight. He suddenly remembered Sofia. "Thanks for coming with her, Hansol." Soonyoung thanked him. "No problem, I'm really fond of your sister." he smiled at Souhyun. "You two sit here while I get something." he pointed to the couch, and they did, sitting on the couch. The others said their hellos to Souhyun, warmly greeting her.
"Oh, I just realized. You went here straight after you went out of school?" Hansol asked. "Yep. I got the text while I was fixing my locker." she answered. They had a long conversation, about a lot of different topics.
"I really like you, Hansol-ssi. You're my favorite member aside from Soonyoung-oppa." she admitted, scratching her head. "Oh is that so? We really get along too." he chuckled.
Soonyoung went back in, holding a small paper bag. He gave it to Souhyun. "We went to Japan and it reminded me of you." he said as Souhyun picked up what was inside. It was a small hamster plush. "Aigoo, it's so cute~" Souhyun cooed. "I got a matching one." Soonyoung laughed, and held it close to his face, imitating the plush. Souhyun chuckled, doing the same. Hansol chuckled quietly. "Your sister is cute."
"Yah." her ears were getting warm, and she smiled shyly again, fiddling with the plush. "Hansol-ah, don't try and hit on my sister."
"I'm not!" he put his hands up, laughing. "Well... you can when she's older."
"Oppa!" she whined, covering her face and hitting Soonyoung's hip. He laughed more. Hansol laughed at the two. "I'll take care of her very well then." Hansol joked, and Souhyun hit her brother again, cheeks and ears getting even redder, and he found himself blushing as well due to her shyness.
