Life had two kids, Pain and Joy.
Of the two kids, joy was always appreciated by the society. He was the favorite kid.
Pain was always hated by all. They treated him as a useless one.
Perhaps, it is because joy brought smiles to them whereas pain told them what their mistakes are.
