Part 4A: The Raidazas'

Dard hai jo juban se bayan nehi hote

Ghao hai jo dil ke vare nehi geye

Agar khawab sach hote toh

Khushiya humse yu dur nehi jate....

Raizada Mansion, a dream house of Late Aaradhya Singh Raizada since her childhood.

It was five acres land little away from south Delhi when Late Mr Ayushman Raizada brought this twenty-seven years ago. He made the palace with AR Builders, to fulfil his wife's dream like a true sincere lover.

He always remained an ardent and sincere lover of Aaradhya throughout his life.

Twenty-one years old Aaradhya Singh Rawat had an eloped marriage with Raizadas' elder son and heir Ayushman Raizada. As she belonged to a middle-class-family, Raizadas' not only rejected her and but also showed her the way out of the family. She was happy that her husband never left her hand for a second.

"Raizada Builders" was a renown Builders from Lucknow thirty-five years ago. Financially they were seeking rich and their Rajput glory made them too proud to look at their elder son's middle-class wife. When their son also left with his wife, they decided to neglect his existence on the earth.

Twenty-five-year-old Ayushman started his business with his wife's support and the money she gave him after mortgaging her jewellery.

She was proud of her husband's success in business without any helping hand from Raizada clans. Ayushman's company, AR-Enterprise was known as one of the best companies in the world.

They lived in a rented one BHK flat at the initial days of their struggling period in north Delhi. Anjali was born there within one year of their marriage. After that success, prosperity, enrichment came hand in hand at the doorstep.

When Arnav was born, they were already saving a treasure for their future.

At the age of four, Arnav first stepped into this house. Everything seemed the same from the structure of the building to the environment of the house since it was built.

A giant black gate with automatic lock system and fifteen feet tall wall had separated this villa from the outside.

Two hundred meters long and ten meters wide stone path led towards the white coloured castle. A driveway porch was parted from the path and ended before the garage, at right side beside the mansion.

A path went from the left side of the mansion towards the servant-quarter. It was situated right behind the palace. A guest house with six rooms and an outhouse used as storeroom were located within twenty-five meters distance from servant-quarter.

Garden of tall trees was flanked at the backyard of the manor. The beautiful greenery of this place was bewitched for anyone.

The basketball court (on the right side) and a swimming pool (on the left side) were existed at the two sides of the stoned path, in the front yard. Moreover, a flower grader was seen ahead of the protected boundary of the basketball court.

The blanket of small grass had concocted the whole area, which was a rear side to see in Delhi.

The white coloured house had ten bedrooms. Seven rooms were at upstairs (second and third floor) and the rest three were at ground floor along with a temple, study room, media room, library, kitchen attached a food storage room, a dining room and a big living area. The villa had a pool inside at first floor. It was located right beside Arnav's room with his beautiful home-garden of roses.
