Jackson and Jyla bought lunch while I had packed some. (A/N: I don't know about you guys but I think school lunches are the most disgusting thing ever) We all sat down at our table and began talking about random things, although Jackson's nervousness stayed the entire time.
"So..." I said, taking out my samich. Yes Samich. Don't judge me.
"So. How was-" Jyla didn't get to finish because at that moment, the school's Queen Bees, Celeste Newsome and Lucia Volnero, burst through the door.
"Bow down peasants! Bask in our glory!" Lucia said. "You," she said, pointing to me, "go get me my lunch!"
Next to me, Jackson mumbled. "I swear they're worse than Apollo!" Thunder rumbled outside. But it's a clear day... I thought to myself.
I was more than confused, but I had had enough of those two girls thinking that they rule our lives. I decided to finally stand up for myself. I wasn't going to go another day with these, these, THINGS, ruling my life. I clenched my fists and stood up. Only problem with that, is that i made every drink in the room start boiling. I ignored it for now.
"That's it. I'M DONE WITH YOU TWO ACTING LIKE YOU CONTROL OUR LIVES! YOU DON'T OK?! WE AREN'T YOUR SERVANTS AND YOU CAN GET YOUR STUCK UP, SNOBBY LITTLE SELVES TO DO YOUR OWN STUFF!"
The entire cafeteria was staring at me now. Slowly, Celeste and Lucia walked up to me, each grabbing a kid's water bottle on the way.
"What. Did. You. Just. Say?" Celeste asked menacingly. I stood my ground and answered,
"I said, that you don't control our lives and you can do your own stuff." I guess that made them snap 'cuz next thing i know, i'm getting two bottles of water dumped on my head.
I KNEW I WOULDN'T GET THROUGH THE DAY WITHOUT THIS HAPPENING! i thought as i ran to the bathroom. I get inside and lock the door. Three seconds later i feel my legs melting together, a feeling that i haven't felt for awhile. I missed it. They grew blood red scales and side fins. My top started fading out and left behind a crimson red scale bra. a second later i hit the floor with a thud and my tail finished forming.
