Geoff Ramsey and Jack Pattillo have been married for four years now, and children has always been a reoccurring thought to the both of them. Jack was all for having a few kids to run around the penthouse and to love and care for, she's always wanted a big family. Geoff on the other hand was... sceptical. He knew children were hard work, but he could handle that, its more the worries of criminal records and appearances. He was scared that if they had children they would find out about their past lives, sure they've stopped their crime antics, but records never leave, besides that, crews might still be wanting them dead for all he knows, he can't bare the thought of bringing an innocent child into that trauma. Apart from crime, Geoff himself doesn't look like the most sweetest man, he's covered shoulder to ankle in tattoos, what if the child is scared of him?

The thought has been around for a few years now, and they still haven't made a decision, so the universe, or fate, decided for them.

It was a warm evening in Los Santos, so Geoff decided him and Jack should take a stroll down the streets, yeah, I know, a stroll in Los Santos? You'd never see that happen, and although that's true, Geoff just really needed some liquor as he ran out an hour ago and you know that man can't last a day without the liquid. Jack agreed to come with as right next to the liquor store there was a 24 hour convenient store and she needed to buy a couple necessities. So the two gathered their phones and wallets but Jack stuffed a pocketknife into the pocket of her shorts, just for precaution. They walk out the apartment, locking the door and setting off down the stairs as the elevators were currently being repaired, much to Geoff's dismay. When they make it down the stairs and out the door they immediately see four motorbikes whizz by with cops chasing them down, ah Los Santos. Geoff sighed and started his walk not before taking hold of Jack's delicate hand. Jack smiled at the small action, and she stayed close to Geoff, reminiscing the last time they did small cute things like this as they don't show their romantic side very often.

The stores were only a couple blocks away so it's a quick journey, but something always has to stop them in their tracks. A slight whimper was heard from a small narrow alleyway, Geoff stopped abruptly, causing Jack to bump into him before asking what was wrong.
"Did you not hear that whimper?" Geoff questioned as he walked further into narrow space, hand in his pocket holding the gun he stored there just in case it was a trick.
"Mu-mummy" A British accent cried quietly, catching Jack's attention and following Geoff in the alley.
Geoff looked at a box and noticed a small body sat beside it, it was a boy with dirty blonde hair and when he looked up at Geoff with innocent eyes, they were coloured a light green, his appearance gave him the look of aged 6 or 7. Seeing Geoff made the boy cower in fear they'll try to hurt him, the boy already had dirt covering his face with bruises and blood to go with it, he didn't want more.
"Hey bud, it's okay, we're gonna help you" Geoff said softly, kneeling down to the child's eye level and holding out a hand.
The crying boy looked up slightly, his heart told him to go but his brain told him no. He continued to stare at Geoff, his brain and heart arguing before he slowly held up his skinny arms. Geoff smiled and gently picked him up, the boy was like a feather, he was all skin and bone, no fat or muscle on the poor boy. Jack frowned at the state of him, they needed to help him, fast, the boy was bleeding badly down his right leg.
"The liquor can wait Geoff, we need to give him medical attention" Jack stated with a serious expression.
Geoff didn't argue, because right now he couldn't give two shits about some dumb Jack Daniels. They rushed back to the penthouse, the boy must have fallen asleep because Geoff couldn't feel him move, just soft snores emitting from the boy.

When they make it home Geoff settles the sleeping boy on the couch, they need to inspect his leg for any serious damage. Jack notices the blood is coming from a small slash on his shin, he must of caught it when running or something, luckily it's not too deep so stitches won't be necessary, just a bandage. The boy was out cold by the looks of it, his snored were loud and when Geoff shook his shoulder in attempts to wake him up so they didn't hurt him if he wakes up while their fixing him up he didn't even move his hand. Jack had to oh so carefully tie the bandage around his knee with Geoff holding his leg up slightly. They finally fixed the child's leg up and they left him to rest, it was clear he needed it, they'll just ask questions when he wakes up.
