Today is the day everyone would find out the gender of Laur & Klay's baby. I'm probably more excited than I should be, but I can't wait to spoil the little munchkin.
I was putting the finishing touches on my makeup and then went to put on a casual outfit.

I grabbed my phone and the gifts that Kev and I bought for Laur, Klay, and their mini. I walked out of my house and into Kev's Bentley.
"Hey babe!" K said while leaning over to kiss my cheek. I looked in the backseat and saw a pouting Draymond with his arms crossed.
"What's wrong Dray?" I asked.
"I wanted to sit shotgun." He replied as he tried his best to act mad.
"Sorry D, perks of being the girlfriend!" I teased as I poked my tongue out at him.
"Can I at least get the aux?" Dray asked. I knew Kev wouldn't give it to him, so I grabbed it and passed it to Dray, while receiving a glare from Kevin. Just as I was about to say something, Christmas music blared through the speakers of Kev's car.
"Dray, what the actual fùck." Kev said while turning the music down. "It's the middle of June, change that shít." Kev demanded. Dray didn't answer and instead turned "All I Want For Christmas Is You" by Mariah Carey all the way up and belted the lyrics as loud as he could.
"OH I DON'T WANT A LOT FOR CHRISTMAS, THERE IS JUST ONE THING I NEEEEED, I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE PRESENTS, UNDERNEATH THE CHRISTMAS TREEE." Dray sung while pointing at Kevin. Highlight of my day so far.
I couldn't help but laugh and Snapchat the whole entire scene. I then panned my phone over to Kev who had the "I hate my life" face going on.

We finally made it to the baby/bridal shower after a long 10 minutes of listening to Dray's Christmas playlist. We made Dray carry all the gifts as punishment for what we had to endure in the car.
As we made our way inside and we were greeted by the power couple themselves, Laur & Klay.
"Well if it isn't the new couple on the block." Laur said while greeting us with hugs. "The one and only." I joked while moving on to congratulate and hug Klay.
"Can y'all motherfùckers help me?" Dray asked as he struggled to carry everything.
"Language, Dray." Steph warned as he walked by.
"You can set everything on the table over there, Dray." Laur said while struggling to hold in her laugh as she watched Dray. Dray let out a groan and did his best to not drop anything.
"Help yourselves guys, we've got champagne in the kitch-"
"I CALL DIBS!" Draymond yelled as he cut Klay off, running into the kitchen. Everyone shook their heads and laughed at our idiot friend.
"Okay everyone, if you could all head out to the backyard for the big gender reveal, we'll get started!" Klay's mother announced.
I interlocked my hand with Kev's and we made our way to the backyard. Laur and Klay we standing next to a box that said 'boy or girl' on it.
"Okay, can I get a countdown?" Klay's mother asked.
We all pulled out our phones and began to countdown from 3.
"3!"
"2!"
"1!"
We all screamed as pink balloons filled up the backyard. All the boys went over to Klay, screaming in excitement for him. I, along with Eesh, Sydel, Bella, Gigi, and more ran over to Laur, giving her a giant group hug as she cried tears of joy.
"YOU'RE HAVING A BABY GIRL!" Eesh squealed. Riley and Ryan were super excited about having a playmate.
"CONGRATS BABE! YOU ALREADY KNOW IMMA SPOIL HER LIKE NOBODY'S BUSINESS!" I told Laur after giving her another hug.
We all moved out of the way and let Laur celebrate with Klay. We all watched the two in awe. Kev made his way back over and I leaned into him while watching my two friends celebrate something beautiful.
"That's going to be us someday." Kev whispered as he leaned down to kiss my cheek. I couldn't help but smile at the thought of him wanting a future with me.
Short chapter, but we're nearing the surprise that athajennerand I have planned! 👀❤️ I want to apologize ahead of time if my next few update are shorter than normal. I'm in Cali right now on vacation and visiting family so I'm a lil busy!
