Chapter 2 - Niall's Room

Bri's P.O.V

*15 minutes later*

Jess is sitting down on one of the lobby couches fiddling with the hotel key, and I was pacing in front of her. Right now we should be in our hotel room, probably getting ready for bed. Instead, Jess has the keys to Niall’s and Liam’s hotel suite! How did we get this lucky?

“See what happens when we don’t scream in their faces? We get this,” Jess is just sitting down casually, she seems so relaxed.

“We’re five minutes late” I pace back and forth, “what if they think we’re not going? What if they think we’ve just left and we’re not coming back?”

“Bri, I’ve said this plenty of times tonight, and I’ll say it again. Relax. They’re internationally famous rockstars, five to ten minutes won’t hurt. Plus, we don’t want them thinking we’re desperate.”

“How can you be so chilled? We are about to go into Liam’s and Niall’s suite!” I shake her shoulders.

Does she not know how crazy this is? Especially for two girls from the outskirts of Melbourne, maybe models or other singers, but not us.

“What if they make a move, like, they expect us to, y’know, do it?” I ask nervously.

“I don’t think Liam’s that way inclined, only Harry has that bad of a rep, and,” she sighs “Niall too” she looks up at me.

“Yeah...and what was with you and Harry before? I thought you liked Niall..”

“To be honest I have no clue, Harry Styles nearly kissed me..”

“Niall could not take his eyes off you, and what he was doing with the keys before; he was so flirting”

“He was not flirting”

“Yes he was”

“And what about you and Liam? I’ve never seen anyone so beautiful in my life, hey? He was basically just confessing that he likes you. You can not even deny that Bri, Liam likes you!”

“Liam’s ex girlfriend is a famous dancer, I don’t think he would like me,”

“He so likes you Bri, and you heard what Mike said before we even went in. He wants to smooch you...”

“And Niall offered you food Jess. He never gives people food”

She looks down at the key, which she’s still fiddling with,

“Well he wouldn’t have just stood there with the chips and eat them by himself…” she says quietly.

“No one else got offered anything, just you”, I lean down so I could see her eyes, which were starting to tear up; “why are you crying Jess? This is great! Niall may like you!”

“Yeah that’s all good and well”, she speaks quietly, “but think about it. Liam seems like he would be dedicated, trustworthy, but Niall has been caught cheating. Multiple times…if he does end up liking me and we end up together what will happen if he cheats? I know he isn’t as bad as Harry but still,” she buries her face into her hands.

This isn’t what I expected at all, but I understand where she was coming from. Niall has had many, many girlfriends in the past three years of his fame, and all of them have been famous singers and models. And the reason of them breaking up? He hooked up with another girl...
