Chapter 16

(Let's just say that Eve is in V/N getting better while you and Aaron went to Phoenix Drop to visit everyone last chapter after the fire)
Y/N's POV
We looked at the door and Aaron stood up.  I listened to the conversation. "Jeffery? What are you doing here?!" I heard a sigh "Y/N the J/N is still a part of the jury and Zane has requested her presence" he informed Aaron. I sat up and changed into my Jury clothes.(It's F/C)

Than went to the door. "Hello Jeffery the golden heart" I said and bowed my head. He returned the gesture and said "Lady Ro'meve, Lord Ro'meve has sent for you" he said and I got angry "My name is not Y/N Ro'meve it is Y/N FalconClaw" I said sternly and he nodded "Honey I don't see no ring on that figure and if I recall you are engaged to him." I sighed and walked out of the house "Be back soon my love" I said kissing Aaron's cheek and I walked to the ship that they were taking me on. I boarded when I saw the village gather and watch me. In their eyes I have betrayed them, when really I'm helping them. I am going to kill Zane once and for all. "Y/N!" I heard Aphmau yell and I turned around. Before I could block her she struck my arm and injured it badly. I grabbed the blade as it cut into my hand as I pushed until I was right next to her. "I'm going to end Zane. I don't care what you and your people think when I return but he will be dead" I saw Aaron in the crowd and he looked upset I let Aphmau hurt me. He ran up and grabbed her. He nodded to me, handed her to Laurence than ran back to me. We embraced and he kissed me passionately before we broke and the ship left the docks taking me with it. I watched as Phoenix Drop disappeared from sight. I made my way across deck and to Jeffery. "Y/N I'm sorry but we have to lock you up" I nodded and let him lead me to the cells. He put me in one and when the guards weren't looking whispered "I hope you know what your doing Y/N" then he shut the door and locked it. I sat on the small bed and sighed "My plan is working so far let's home it continues that way" I said than fell asleep.
Aaron's POV
I watched as the ship sailed out of sight. "Y/N... why did you go?" I asked than Katelyn appeared out of nowhere. "She's going to finish what she started" I turned to face her "What do you mean?" She smiled "Zane had her father killed and her kidnapped after she had joined and didn't wipe her memory but than again not a whole lot of us did. She joined the Jury at the age of 18. When she did, it only took her three years to make Zane fall. He asked her to marry him and she agreed but they had to wait until she was 25. Than two years after the proposal she got a job and didn't return. Everyone thought she was dead. But only Jeffrey and I knew she had changed her name from Alice to Y/N and fled. She always loved nature so I can only guess that she had been kidnapped after she mad a camp in the forest. When she broke out she found Phoenix Drop. When I first saw her I sent for Jeffery. I didn't know they would send him and Ivy." She sighed than leaned against a tree. "When she was in the jury she planed to kill Zane and now that he is truly in love with her she can finish what she started" I just looked out and than Aphmau came up "You just let her leave! She has betrayed us Aaron! You should have grabbed her and-" i glared at her than said "She is going to kill Zane! I am upset that you even dared to hurt her! A lord and my love! Aphmau I am upset that you let your anger take control and cloud your judgment!" Katelyn had walked away by now and Aphmau looked like someone had told her one of us died. "Aaron...I-I" I cut her off with a held up hand. "I'm going to my village send word as soon as you see that ship return" than I went to the stables and mounted my horse. Laurence had been in Phoenix Drop but now I think he is staying here longer so I just rode back to V/N so I can inform them all of what happened.
