Chapter 8

Y/N's POV
I had changed from my assassin outfit thankfully so I just grab my horse and ride off again. I didn't leave a note, I didn't say goodbye, nothing and its two hours before sunrise. I rode hard until about noon. I stopped and ate some of the F/D Kawaii~Chan made for me when I first got there. I got back on my horse and started riding again. I came apon this small open area with mountains surrounding it. I got an idea. Thinking of the child I was with.
~~~~8 years later~~~~
Aaron's POV
Y/N went missing 8 years ago. We didn't hear of a wedding, we didn't get a note, and she didn't say goodbye. Today Levin needs to meet with the Lord of V/N. Its a new village one of our scouts found. I put my hood up with my mask and went out to meet everyone. The village was beautiful. Mountains surrounded it, there was a stream that flowed through it and it was lively. I smiled but it faded when a woman with a small girl came up to us. We all dismounted and Levin walked up to her "You must be Lord Y/N?" Levin and Y/N shake hands and she looks at everyone but stops and stares at me. The little girl ran over and hugged me yelling "DADDY!" I had took my hood and mask off so Y/N saw the shock on my face. She pulled the girl away. "Sorry about little Eve here. Eve go play with your friends okay." She nodded and the Eve left. "Its been to long" she said hugging everyone but me. She stopped and stared up at me. I grabbed her hand and pulled her close. I felt her shake. When I let her go I walked away but I heard Aph ask her "Is Aaron Eve's dad?" "Yes" I felt like I was just shot in the heart. She was pregnant and didn't tell me? Maybe she didn't know.....yeah she would have told me if she was. I found a tree that wasn't to far away from town and sat under it. I soon fell asleep listening to the birds.
Y/N's POV
After my meeting with Levin I took Eve for a walk like always. I heard light snores so I followed the noise until I found Aaron sleeping against a tree. I sat Eve down on one side of him and she snuggled up next to him and fell asleep. I smiled and sat down putting my head on his shoulder. After I think an hour Aaron woke back up and saw Eve and me. I felt him move so I lifted my head and looked at him. "Sorry if I woke you." "No I was awake but shh." I said pointing at Eve. He nodded and slowly picked her up and started back to town. I walked with them with my arm hooked around Aaron and head on his arm. When we got to town everyone was starring at us and whispering. I gave the women who looked at Aaron my death glare. We got back to my house and I took Eve to her room then me and Aaron stayed in the living room. "Aaron i-" I got cut off by his soft lips on mine. We sat there making out for a few minutes until I heard something break upstairs. I ran to Eve's room and saw the window open and Eve gone.
