04 - Tadashi Yamaguchi

You were walking through the streets of Tokyo trying to find the place you were supposed to meet your penpal. You were so lost, no one spoke English and you certainly didn't speak much Japanese. You rubbed your temples and you huffed and looked at your surroundings.

You were really excited to meet the person you've been writing to for two years now. The person received an important letter yesterday. You had given strict instructions to not open it until the day you arrived. He didn't know you were here in Tokyo. You wanted to surprised him. A tall blonde walks up to you, "Are you (Y/N)?" He asks, you just nod. "Yamaguchi is waiting in the park over there reading your letter." Your cheeks flush and turn around where the blonde was pointing. You take in a deep breath then say thank you then head into the park.

Yamaguchi's POV

He walks up to a bench and opens the plain white envelope. He takes a deep breath and takes out the pages of written work.

'Hello Tadashi!

I think this will be the last time writing to you. I find no reason to write to you since I am moving to Tokyo. I can't wait to meet you in person. I can't even imagine what you sound like because I've only ever saw you in pictures. I have so many things to tell you in person but I can't help but write them down since they're easier to say to you rather than saying them myself.

I'm so happy you chose me as your penpal. If we haven't have written to each other, then I would've be able to say this to you.

I have completely fallen in love with you...

I love everything about you Yamaguchi. I can go on and on about how much I love you.' And you did so, you wrote three pages on why you loved him, 'We have become such good friends over the two year span. I hope you can accept my feelings... On the day you open this, I shall be in Tokyo... Waiting for you...

He had tears falling down his cheeks. He wipes them away, and giggles then puts the letter in his book bag and stands up. As he starts to start walking a voice speaks up, "T-Tadashi?" You stutter, his eyes widen and he smiles.

You were standing about ten feet away. He runs up to you and tackles you with a hug. "I love you too..." He cries into your shoulder. You start crying as well, you were finally able to hug the person you have fallen in love with. You couldn't help but be surprised on how tall he was. You couldn't help but smile as you pull away from the hug.

You wrap your arms around his neck and pulling him down to kiss you. He flinched at first but he then gradually kissed you back.

From his pictures from high school he has certainly became more mature and more handsome...

You were just happy that he returned your feelings.
