Seconds turn to minutes , the minutes turn to hours , and the hours to days , days turn to weeks , then months, it all leads up to years. Long excruciating years of being lost in the land of the forgotten , desperately wanting only to be remembered . I waited.. i waited like you told me to .. i sat here with tears spilling down my face but a faint smile still somehow showing. I waited for you to come back .. for you to apologize for showing up so late , i was so prepared to forgive you , to tell you it's fine its okay, but u never came. Spider webs grew around me , and layers of dust buried me like people bury their loved ones in the sand on a fun sunny day. Only this day was dark and no where near fun.. i waited , i waited all these years to hear those three powerful words, those words that would make my empty hollow soul feel full once more.
