Woo Jinyoung wiped her tears only to have more tears pouring down onto his fingers.

"Hey, stay here, I'll be back."

After carrying her to a bench in the park, Jinyoung ran to the nearest convenience store to buy bandages and ointment for the poor girl.

'Ugh it's my fault that she got hurt, why did I blame it on her.' He thought.

By the time Jinyoung got back, Jaehwa was already fast asleep.
So he carefully took care of her wounds, trying his best not to wake her up.

When he was done, he shook Jaehwa softly to wake her up and inform her that they were going home.

"Jaehwa, get on my back."

"Where are we going?"

"Home."

He carried her on his back with her skateboard in his right hand and her school bag strapped tightly to his chest.

They arrived just in time to ride the night bus. It was just them and the bus driver.

Jinyoung sat by the window in the very back of the bus with Jaehwa's head resting on his left shoulder.

Watching as her bangs slowly covered her whole face, he didn't hesitate to tuck her hair behind her ear.

Today was the first time in years since he's ever made any contact other than eye contact with her.
