I walked down the snowy lane humming to myself. Again I heard the sleighbells. This time I stepped into the tree line, but Jadis  stopped in front of a black haired boy.

She had an inaudioable conversation with the boy and then he got into her sleigh. I saw her throw a drop of something fall on the floor and then a little silver box appeared.

She handed it to the boy and he began eating.

I slowly crept further away from the sleigh and further into the thick trees. When they were out of yelling range I sprinted through the trees and back to my safe tree.

"Petunia!" I called as I knocked. She slowly shuffled closer. "Two sons of Adam, Two daughters of Eve," I huffed out when she opened the door.

"Oh my! Dear child! Have you seen them?"

"One, yes. The youngest daughter of Eve."

"Glorious! Tell the Beavers!"

I sprinted off to tell the Beavers.

"Oh me! Oh my!" Called  Mrs. Beaver.

"Dearie, put on this cloak and run along to see if you can find the little girl again."
