The evil creatures and their horrid leader left the table with Aslan still lying on it.

"Go, tell our brother's the news." Suzan said hugging me. "We'll stay with Aslan." She informed.

I set off walking slowly down the hill. The night felt colder and everything seemed to have lost colour.

I reached the camp and found the boys' tent. I hesitated for a moment on what to say; and even thinking about the past event made me cry.

I pushed open the flap of the tent and saw Peter and Edmund fast asleep.

"Peter, wake up please," I whispered looking at him. "Edmund wake up please," I whispered again. Neither stirred.

"Wake up." I said a little louder. I looked at the way the moonlight played on Peter's features. It made him appear ghostly and dead. "Please wake up," I begged in a loud whisper. Edmund rolled over, ignoring me.
The memory replayed in my mind. "Peter, please wake up." I whispered kneeling beside him. "Please, I need to tell you." I begged and shut my eyes as the tears rolled down my cheeks.

A stray tear fell on Peter's hand and he woke up. "Hannah, what are you doing here? Is everything all right?" He questioned getting out of bed and kneeling beside me.

I wrapped my arms around his chest and sighlently cried. At first he hesitated, but then he wrapped his arms around my waist and hugged me tight. He stroked my hair and I shut my eyes.

After my tears stopped rolling and my breathing calmed, Peter asked: "Are you okay enough to speak?"

"Jadis...killed Aslan...Lucy and Suzan are staying...with him." I said taking breaths in between.

Peter pulled back slightly, and searched my face. For what, I will never know. He got up and took me with him.

He made me sit down on his bed as he paced around the room trying to process this information. He walked over to Edmund and shook him.

"Ed! Ed! Bloody he'll man! Wake up!" He whisper-yelled. Edmund did not stir. Peter punched him in the shoulder. Edmund sat up rubbing his shoulder.

"Ow! What the hell is wrong with you?!"

"You took to long to wake up." Peter stated.

"Its not even dawn yet...what is she doing here? I swear if you two were shagging on the floor..."

"Relax Ed! Nothing happened. Your just tired you idiot! Aslan is dead." He said the last part sadly as if his heart was about to break.

"How? When? Where? What? Who? "

And so, unfortunately, I had to retell the whole story. At the end I almost burst into tears again.

Edmund capped at me in shock. "And I sided with that evil phsyco bitch?!" Edmund exclaimed marking me laugh a little as I dried my eyes.

"Come. We have a war to prepare for." I said and walked out of the tent.

"Hey Peter. You know she was in her nightgown right?"  Edmund asked raising an eyebrow.

"Oh shut up you." Peter said useing his hand to push Edmund's face out of the way and then the two followed after me.
