I woke up the next morning with huge massive headache. I lifted my upper body up to sit up and see where I was. I was in a room. A bedroom. A guys bedroom. What did I do last night. I pulled the covers up to see if I was still wearing clothes and thank god I was. My head was pounding. The bedroom door opened and in came a brown haired boy with a food tray.
"Oh good you're up?" he said.
"Hmm yeah hey Grey?" I said it more as a question because I wasn't 100% positive that was his name.
He put the tray down on my lap. There was a stack of pancakes, glass of water, a bottle of Advil, and best of all a nice cup of hot cocoa.
"Best way to cure a hangover." He looked at me and smiled.
"Ugh I probably look like a wreck right now."
"Eh only a little bit." he said and then laughed.
"Your not funny." I said crossing my arms.
"Awe come on. Take the Advil. You'll be fine, I promise."
He looked me in the eyes and brushed his hand on my cheek. I smiled and looked down at the pancakes.
"Eat them." he laughed. "They aren't for show. I know you want to eat them." he continued to laugh.
After taking multiple bites out of the pancakes I pick up the cup of cocoa.
"I love hot chocolate." I said after I took a gulp of it.
Grey laughed.
"I can tell. You got a little..." he said pointing to his lips.
I blushed and licked my lips.
"Good?" I questioned.
He laughed again and came closer to my face. He brought his hand up to my face and lifted his finger to my lip and wiped the marshmallow foam off of my lip. I was frozen. I didn't know what to do.
"I um... I got to go." I said while getting up from his bed.
"Here let me drive you."
"No I uhh... I can get a ride. Don't worry."
He walked up to me and grabbed my hand.
"I insist."
I blushed again and nodded my head yes. We walked to his car and got in. He drove me to my house.
"How did you know where I lived?"
He gave me a look that said 'really you're asking me that?'
"Right, you're on the football team with my brother."
He nodded his head.
"Okay well, thank you for the breakfast. Oh and thank you for the ride home."
"No problem." he said while bringing his face closer to mine.
I panicked and patted his head.
"See ya around!" I panicky said as I rushed out of his car and into my house.
I closed the house door and rushed up towards my bedroom. My brother was coming out of his room in just boxers.
"Walk of shame huh?" he asked.
"What? No, no way."
"So where did you crash huh?"
"Umm... At Grey Winston's house." I said flushed.
He stared at me in a shocked way.
"I am going to kill him. Did he do something to you?"
"What? No! Nothing happened!"
"Gemma, trust me I love the guy but he is such a player. Every time he throws one of those parties he ends up with some girl."
"I can handle myself Ster."
"I'm just looking out for you."
"Thank you." he put his hand on my head. "Don't." I said. I knew what he was going to do.
"What i'm not doing anything." he smirked.
He started to mess my hair up.
"Sometimes I really hate you."
"You love me."
I stuck out my tongue at him and walked to my room, closed the door, and leaned my back against the door. I just really hope this year changes from how it is starting already.
