Alice and I got to our homeroom which was Biology Honor. The bell rang as soon as we walked in.

"Alright everyone, take a seat please."

Alice being one to hate when teachers call on her grabbed two seats in the middle of the classroom. She 'claims' that you have a less likely chance of being called on if you sit in the middle of the room. I sat in the seat she saved for me and opened my notebook.

"Okay so this is the class syllabus." The teacher said passing white pages down the rows of seats.

She returned back to the front of the classroom and grabbed a expo marker and wrote a name on it.

"My name is  Ms.Blake." she said with a smile.

A boy came rushing into the classroom and everyone looked at his direction.

"Sorry I got lost." he said out of breath.

"And you are?" Ms.Blake asked putting the marker down.

      "Oh, Dallas Parker. Sorry."

She looked on her desk on a sheet of paper.

"Right you're on here. Please take a seat anywhere that is empty."

He nodded his head and walked to the seat near Alice and me that was empty. Almost simultaneously Alice and me turned our heads to try and see the new guy.

I noticed Alice kept her stare on him. He was definitely handsome. I nudged Alice's arm to break her stare of him.

"Don't drool Al." I whispered. "Go for him Al. He is VERY cute." I gave her a smile and she rolled her eyes.

"Eh he is but I sort of had my eye on someone else."

"Oh really? Who is that huh?"

"Let me snuff everything out first okay Gem? Don't make any assumptions. This guy is different and I don't wanna screw anything up."

I looked at her skeptically.

"Hmm... so no to the hottie behind us?"

      "So no to me?"

Alice and I turned around to face him.

"I'm so sorry." I said ashamed and embarrassed.

"Its okay." he whispered to us.

      "Shhh." Ms.Blake said.

Dallas sat back into his seat and smirked. I slowly turned back around as so did Alice. This should be interesting.
