Kaitlyn's POV

Today's the day..

The day we determine if Seth get's Carisa for good

I Shifted in the brown wooden polished bench next to Seth as he sat firmly thinking hard, he hasn't said anything the whole ride here.As long as he knows that im here for him. The judge was dealing with another case at the time which mean's were next. 

I looked down the hall and Saw Seth's ex non other than the person who he's going against.She walked towards us in her bright red dress. 

"Hello Seth, You" She scoffed at me and Seth didn't pay her no mind "Well damn turn your dress off" I remarked trying to cheer up Seth luckily he chuckled to himself. "Listen you underage little brat!-"She spat at me and Seth stood "Shut up! Yea i said it what are you gonna do attempt to take my child away from me?" I covered my mouth laughing then i stopped realizing Seth was serious. "Get over it Seth your daughter has grown overly attached to me it doesn't matter i you get sole custody over her she's still gonna grow up wondering why her father wasn't there for her.." I looked up at Seth and saw his face get red, He clenched his fist and i touched him before he could get to angry. 

Seth's POV

I felt calm under her touch i feel free around her, i needed to chill out before the case. I gave her one last look before sitting down. She smirked and Kaitlyn looked at her like she was gonna smack that smirk off her face. "That's what i thought, See ya later....alligator" I stared her down until she made it to the end of the hall. 

We heard a buzzing noise com from the brown double doors and a Lady coming out crying,

"I guess that means were next"Kaitlyn sighed while I stood with great confidence, i was proud of Myself.

"I guess so"

Kaitlyn's pov

"Can the defendant state their name please" I sat behind Seth with others from his family willing to support him. "Seth Rollins your honor" He stated while i looked over at Jenn talking to her lawyer. It made me sick to my stomach to think that she could take care of Carisa better than Seth. "The Plaintiff" The judge said and she smiled with her curved top lip, Kind of like Lana Del Ray's. "Jennifer Kennedy" She stated lifting her shoulders high..i was really wondering what was going threw Seth's mind right now

Seth's POV

As i stood there waiting for the judge to speak again i had a feeling everything was gonna go all wrong and i wouldn't be able to see my daughter again. "Ok Will the plaintiff like to explain the situation " I watched as Jenn made her way to the stand waiting to tell a bunch of lies.

"Thank you,your honour I'm placing my child under Sole custody from this pathetic excuse of a father he has done nothing to support me or my child"
