Kaitlyn's POV

I woke up as the sun shone through the velvet curtains. who would think having one drink could give you a major hangover good thing it was Saturday and i could sleep in...yea right

"MOOOOM TELL RYAN TO GIVE ME MY PANTS" I heard my younger brother Jace scream "Ryan give him back his pant's" i heard my mom yell from down stairs

"That's if he can reach them" i leaned over in my bed and saw through the crack as Ryan held Jace's pants over his head, Damn my family is weird

I picked up my phone and saw 3 missed calls and 4 texts all from Aj. Drunk texting is the worst texting

Aj: wtf..wtf kaity u lefffft me y ddid you leave meh jaity?huh whyyyyy!

Aj:cmoe here i wanan talk ta you P.ss jeans a good kissers thaat's his name write?

Aj:whre argh yu? huh jaity?

Aj:goodnight dontt let them !2e bugs bight

I just hope she's home safe

Seth's POV

Hangover..please go away today is not the day. I still think about last night kaitlyn i didn't want to see that man hurt her if he did...boy! i imagine her as my own daughter.speaking of which i haven't heard from in a couple of days i just wish Jenn would let me see her

After breakfast i head out the door and check my mailbox, there's a letter from child protective services i drop everything and open it quickly as it reads

Court Notice,

Seth Rollins will be taken to court on December 4, 2013 by Jennifer Ebanks as 

Request of sole custody of Carisa Rollins as Requested. please sign below as address of agreement

Reasons:

)Lack of child support

)inability to see child

)alcohol use around child

)threats to mother

)not financially able to take care of child

)Lack of education, no degree

Seth couldn't do nothing but drop to his knee's as the paper landed out of his hands.
