Sonic Boom X Ruby (OC)

Reality

A/N I don't own Sonic Boom.

"Sure what is it?"

"Do you ever feel like calling everything quits even if everyone around you is depending on you to get the job done?"

"Well yeah basically about being a hero meaning that you have a lot of responsibility on your shoulder."

"Don't you ever get tired about always saving the day?"

"Of course I do but that's why my friends help me to get the job done even when I'm not there."

Ruby smiled at that and thought of another question.

"Can you tell me about your family?"

"Hmmm there is not really much to tell. I have a mom and dad. Why don't you?"

"I never actually knew my parents they abandoned us."

"Us?"

"My brother and I he is the oldest"

"Who is your brother?"

"I don't want to talk about him. He only cares about himself."

"Ruby, I feel like your not telling me everything."

"In time Sonic"

They remained in silence and look towards the horizon. Sonic did a fake yawn and stretched out his arms landing on Ruby's shoulder. Ruby smirk and raised one eyebrow looking at Sonic, she then shrugged and snuggled up closer to Sonic.

Ruby then broke the silence with a question.

"Can I be honest with you?"

Ruby knew that she can be in big trouble with Eggman and Shadow but she feels like she can trust Sonic with her life.

"Sure"

"I don't want to go to sleep, I'm tired of sleeping"

"Hahaha what do you mean?"

Ruby looked into Sonic's eyes with a serious face which made Sonic stopped laughing.

"Wait, so what do you be doing during the time everyone is asleep?"

"Just think."

"That's not good, why don't you want to go to sleep?"

"Because I feel like I go to sleep, I'm going to wake up from this dream or I'll wake up back in my chamber. I don't want to go back there."

Ruby then laid her head on her knees, Sonic started rubbing her back trying to cheer her up.

"Hey, this is reality"

"If only you knew"

"Then explain it to me. I want to understand."

"Someone woken me up from my chamber. Its a cold place, no warmth or light. Its very lonely. I have been sleeping for a very long time. I had just recently woken up and everything around me is confusing but no one ever gave the time and day to explain."

"Is that why you were laying unconscious on the floor next to our battle with Eggman because you just woken up."

"Yes"

Ruby lied.

"Wow, I never knew about that, but listen if you have any questions feel free to ask me"

Sonic squeezed Ruby's shoulder in reassurance causing her to smile.

"You really are something else."

Sonic smiled 'She may be tough on the outside but once she lets you in she is soft like bunny'.

"Um do you still see all of this like a dream?"

Ruby didn't say anything but just cast her eyes down and nodded.

"How about this?"

Sonic then gently grabbed hold of Ruby's chin forcing her to look at him. He then crashed his lips to hers, Ruby gasped at the force of the kiss and Sonic took that chance and force his tongue inside Ruby's hot and soft mouth.

Ruby then closed her eyes enjoying the feeling of their tongues battling against each other. She then wrapped her arms around Sonic's neck and Sonic wrapped his arms around her waist.

After a while, they both pulled apart panting but leaned their heads together so they were looking into each other's eyes. Couple of minutes went by and Sonic decided it was time to head back home. He helped Ruby up and walked home holding each others hand.

Little did they know someone was spying on the new couple. Sonic and Ruby made it home and got ready for bed.

"Wow, who knew time goes by fast just by talking?"

Ruby smiled and shook her head. Ruby was then heading to the living room but Sonic stopped her.

"What?"

"You are going to sleep with me"

Ruby narrowed her eyes at him, Sonic then got confused about the purpose of her face and the quickly rethink.

"Wait, not like that. I was saying for you to get to sleep and for you and me to share the bed"

Ruby thought about it for a minute and then shrugged. She got on the bed with Sonic and scooted closer to him. Sonic wrapped themselves up with a blanket.

(Sorry No Lemon but they did have sex)

Sonic and Ruby was panting and gasping, after a while they both got their breathing under control. Ruby laid her head on his chest. She then searched for his hand and grabbed hold of it, giving it a gentle squeezed and Sonic did the same in return.

"Sonic?"

"Yeah"

"Please....don't let me go"

Sonic smiled

"Don't worry, I will be here with you in the morning"

"....okay. Goodnight"

"Goodnight"
